8/21/2023: $500 as a deposit to replace HVAC. Nick F*****, from The Right Way HVAC returned after an initial consultation with his partner Rick as referred by ******* **** *****, to diagnose our condensers. He blew nitrogen through them, found a leak, then didn't flush or close the systems thereby rendering them both inoperable. When trying to contact Nick at the number given by LHG and their business card, left multiple VM with no return. Nick then tried to get another deposit without a contract in place to purchase equipment to which no additional money was given. We are out $500 and a broken HVAC system. LHG should replace as this was their referral, but we may have to take legal action against The Right Way HVAC.Business response

Our office is in the process of retaining The Right Way HVAV. The complaint is against Nick F***** who does not work for The Right Way HVAC. Ric would like to know how to clear his name since he is the owner of the business.
