      Not sure what the company name is now no phone no web. Here is the only way I can describe this moving company. I paid double of what was quoted and ended up with broken and stolen items plus overcharged in volume. I can only say that I paid this company to rob me. Never in my life have I dealt with a company of this magnitude. They are scam artists and I have no idea how they get away with it. With the right representation they should be charged criminally. Please be careful with brokers they have a tendency to hire these type of movers.

      Terrible company held our things for 4 weeks scammed more money out of us. Held our things hostage until we had to come up with **** dollars more and delivered in the dark was so glad our things came things were missing and stolen. We are seniors and they totally took advantage of us and other senior citizens from what we understand. DO NOT use this company

      Awful service. They give low quotes and double it when you receive your stuff.. its vwey unprofessional. Even have bots on ****** reviews for fake reviews.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They lie about delivery date, take your money and run. No communication whatsoever. They say they don't use third party movers, but they do. They say they have trucks available, but they don't. **************** will not answer the phone. I had to hire an attorney to get their attention, we thought our belongings had been stolen. They hired someone else to deliver our belongings. They said they would wrap everything in quilts, which did not happen. Damaged furniture and items that did not even come with move. I am in the process of trying to get a full refund, otherwise I plan to file a fraudulent inducement case against the managing partner and the company.

      DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!If I could give 0 stars, or negative stars, I would.All of the bad reviews below are true. they are a SCAM. Had to fight them with my bank to get all my money back, after I had to fire them day of move when they demanded more money from me, and I ended up moving myself over 500 miles and 12 hours away- I literally packed and drove a U-Haul BY MYSELF because of this trash company.No customer service. No refunds in contract. Total scam. NO NO NOOO DO NOT DO IT.

      So **** ***** was the first one to reach out to me. She was super friendly and helpful and eager to get me a move in my price range. Somehow her and company did so, it almost seemed to good to be true! Maybe it wasand I decided to forego a Pod or Uhaul and give them a shot. They were very helpful on the phone the entire time until the week of the move there seemed to be some difficulty locking down a truck to load my stuff in my area because I had a smaller move and it was right before Christmas. It wasnt until the day of the supposed pickup Saturday December 18th, that I was informed no truck or crew was available to pick up my stuff, for whatever reason it may have been. I needed to be out of my living space that day so I needed to seek other options. **** *****, and co owner ****** were kind and helpful and regretful that the situation occured, and did refund my full amount of money back to my credit card. They did not scam me out of my money, I got all my money back, and they were kind, I wished things could have worked out differently, but because they owned up to the issue and gave me my money back I cannot completely ***** the company and their customer service. There was also a cash only/money order only bulking fee for my Mac Tool Box that I was informed of later on which seemed a little sketchy and strange to me. $125 on arrival and $125 on pickup which I never ended up doing because there was no pick up, but I did go through the trouble of getting the post office money orders. I am not very well versed in the moving world (as I came to find out), and I really wish this company and their eager ambitious people the very best on possibly building it to be something reliable and great! Just after this experience, I know to do a lot more research, and I will probably be handling moves on my own due to the amount of anxiety I developed this past month. I will also never be moving long distance again (This one was from ********* back home to ******). That being said, I was just thankful the company finally was upfront and honest at the end and returned my money, so they were good for that at least. I would really like and hope to see some positive and fluid experiences people have had with them, but a lot of the process with them over the past month had me feeling extremely anxious. I think Selective *** Lines may be more suited for larger moves than mine is what it seemed like. My best wishes to the company, and thank you for making me whole again and squaring up with me when they were unable to fulfill their assignment.

      If there was a 0 rating, this company would deserve it. They are a bait and switch racket. The sales rep tells you that your delivery will be in 6 to 7 days. After they fill the truck, they tell you 14 to 21 days, but you can expedite the delivery for $1500. Also, they charged us $2000 for labor for putting loose items in wardrobe boxes, since everything needed to be in a box. The boxes also cost extra. Plus we used more truck space than quoted because of all the extra half-empty wardrobe boxes that were used. Most of the wardrobe boxes that they provided were delivered smashed - and a couple of our furniture pieces were damaged. They dropped off three boxes that did not belong to us, and never came back to pick them up - eventually told us to dispose of them. Just missing one item, and the claim process is so arduous that I am just going to let it go. Live and learn. This company is all about making money and they care nothing about customer service.

      Horrible! They arrived on moving day & informed us that our move would cost $4,800 more than quoted! We had no choice because they were already loading up the truck, we were moving out of state & the closing on the home was in 2 days. Then, they deliver our belongings to our new home after 10 days. The amount of things that were broken, damaged or missing is horrifying! We have emailed, called & left messages on filing a claim. We received 1 email response asking for a full desc of the damages which I submitted. Haven't heard anything since. They won't take our calls or respond to any emails now. Don't use them!!
