About 4 month ago i traded a car for a new car to auto gallery dealer ship, the car I traded I had some payments left on it, the dealer agree to take over the payments and deduct it from the new car that I got from them, now 4 month later they still haven’t made any payments and I’m afraid they are not going too, now I have the bank calling me and threating me to cause they missing the payment, I call the dealer ship numbers times, the only answer I get is oh yea don’t worry about it we will take care of it, now my credit score is really bad, cause of this incident, the bank is on my back, this dealer ship should not be in business they should be closed permanently!

I called the bank and had everything complete to buy a 2017 Corvette. Just before I headed to the dealership I called them to make sure I had everything I needed. They asked how much the bank check was for and I told them the price of the car. They stated that I needed the 3800 dollar dealer documentation fee. I asked several times what that fee was for, and they just kept relying it was a fee and would not explain. I am sure they are breaking some sort of law, or code of ethics, but that is not my problem to figure out. This unethical practice needs to be stopped and hopefully someone looks into this nonsense.

Please do not ever buy an automobile from Auto Gallery. I should of read all the reviews before I purchased from them. ***********************. I purchased a 2015 *** i8 that was advertised for $62,777. After taxes and there ridiculous fees it came out to $71, 105. I did proceed with the purchase which was on 10/29/22 and as of today 6/26/23 I still haven't received my permanent plates or registration. Now I have an expense car that I'm paying insurance on and loan payments that I can't even drive. DMV actually investigated my case and issued Auto Gallery a fine. So now I have to hire a lawyer to try and get this resolved. Bunch of scam artists selling cars without titles. Idc how nice there cars might seem. Stay far away!

I purchased a car, jeep 2018 with registration and plates included. We called on multiple occasions to find out where our registration is and plates are. They responded motor vehicle is behind. When I called motor vehicle they said no they can get me in with an appointment. I then called a couple more times at the car dealer and there response has been the same. Its been 3 months. when calling, the staff are super rude and disrespectful. I already got pulled over and they gave me a warning. The car is not registered. I need this fixed asap. Cops warned ** next time we will get a ticket and they will take our car.

I purchased a Porsche Macan from them in November of 2022. Upon purchasing, I noticed my key fob and rear back window wasn't working. Paul, the manager, promised me the window would get fixed and he would get me a new key. I have emails and multiple texts stating such. At first, I agreed to bring my car in for them to fix my window. Paul did not coordinate properly and had me bring in my car without fixing it. We then agreed that I would bring it somewhere else to get fixed and auto gallery will cover the cost. Paul requested that I wait for the key fob so the service fee to get the window fixed and key fob programmed could be consolidated. I agreed. For months I was going back and forth with Paul awaiting to receive my key fob. I received multiple texts and calls claiming the key was on its way. At one point, he even sent me a picture of a fake package made out to my address like it was being sent. For the first 6 months, I was polite, flexible, professional, and even sympathetic to the many excuses I kept receiving from Paul. However, at this point, I feel that my understanding and patience has been taken advantage of. Paul has been negligent in not even answering my calls or texts now. Even if I call the Autogallery number and request to speak to someone else, such as another manager or owner, the woman answering the phone tells me no one is available and she will leave a message for someone else to call me back, in which I never get a call back. I have yet to receive a response from anyone after multiple calls. All I expected was what was agreed upon at the time of my purchase. I want to bring my car in and get my window fixed, but I can't even get in touch with anyone to hear if they will cover the cost as promised. This business is full of such misconduct. After research, I have found that auto gallery has been audited and reported by several other customers.

I bought a Lexus 500 sports car total of $71,500 plus unknown fees to arrive at $72,795. That is an addition of $1,295 in fees. It was late so we went ahead with the sale with respect to the fact that the dealership worked late to help us. All was good and well when sales closed but this dealership wanted to go run the Car registration for us instead of letting our insurance company file the registration for the car, which would only take a day to be done. One whole month goes by and we're still not getting our Registration back yet or the 2nd Key they say they will Mail with the Registration and the plate is nowhere to be seen. Every time we call, employees pick up and say they're only employees and have no information or update for us. So here we are on the last day of 2022, 1 month after we signed the bill of sale, put down $10,000, and took out a loan of $54,000, payment is now due actually, and also traded in my husband's work truck, they probably sold it already. And we still don't have our Registration,2nd car key and License Plate. Also, my husband's truck payoff was late and his credit rating is affected. This Dealership is irresponsible, keeps ignoring the issues, and gives no straight answer to the situation. They hide material facts from us and said the car had no previous accident record, and now the Carfax report said there was an accident. They are dishonest and do not do business in good faith. At this time, we need our registration along with the license plate and the key. Registration must finalize to keep the insurance active. If nothing else is resolved timely, we may have to take them to court. If Auto Gallery did not own the car they tried to sell to us, they are breaking ********** law and should be fined and suspended the business for further operation and out to scam more customers.

This customer is from the *************. It takes a long time to get MV work done. The  trade in on the purchase was in the huisbands name only. The dmv wanted to not give them the tax credit of **** dollars because the new car was in the wifes name. We resolved this for the customer and that took a lot of extra time and paper work. The customers trade was paid off in a timely fashion. The customer expected every thing to be done in a few days which is unrealistic. The car was used so we did not have an extra key. Also, all of the pricing was agreed to by the customer before signing any papers.
