      On Monday 1/15/2023 i financed a vehicle from European Auto expo for ****** and a **** down payment and ran into some issues right after. prior to leaving the location i told them the vehicle has a service message displayed on the dash. it was discussed to take it back and the service would have been performed. upon arrival on Saturday i provided them with a sheet provided by ***** of the services that would be required. initially i was lied to that the vehicle was serviced 3mnths prior. the vehicle had 2 rear tires with 50% thread life,brakes at 50% or less pads(car shakes once accelerated speed) no coolant no windscreen fluid brake fluid needs to be exchanged and tire rotation is needed. These people tried to go around the bushes and tried to justify the lies and lack of customer satisfaction that was provided. these people showed no care for the unsafe condition that they provided me the vehicle in. With all the services that are required i only asked for the oil change and brand new breaks and that was too much to ask for. This experience has been nothing but a disaster that has left a bad taste in my mouth. All they care about is just making a sale and nothing else. All i am requiring is basic maintenance service that should be provided prior to a vehicle being sold.

      I would like to address the concerns that you mentioned in your complaint, we did do the oil change on the vehicle, as far as the breaks it has more than 50% left on them, they do not need to be replaced.

      On 11/25/23 I purchase a 2011 Dodge Durango. I did the paper but did not get possesion of car till 11/29/23. When I picked the car on the 29th I drove 5 miles to head home the car started overheating. I turn around and return the dealership. Zak help and we saw the radiator had no coolant. Once the coolant as added we drove the home. The next day the car started overheating again. So I had the mechanic change the thermostat. But car was still overheating. So on 12/4 I took the car to Liccardi Dodge paid $180 for diagnostic test. Was told that head gasket was bad and I should take the car back to dealer. I took the car to another mechanic ***** ********** on 12/8 paid $150 for diagnostic test and was told the same thing. I contact Zak and he never would return my call. I call the warranty service to see if they would fix the car but because the car had previous overheating issues they were not going to cover the charges, In fact the charges to fix car estimated to $6,385 which was more that the cost of the car. I told Zak that I was bringing the car back. He told me that I could not. Zak gave me all kinds of excuses. He sold me lemon and was trying to get away with it. He was not trying to fix the issue or help the situation. I had to contact the ****** ********* **** because I was not going to pay for a car that cannot be driven. So the bank go involved and Zak finally called me on 1/2/24 to return the car and cancel the contract for refund. So car was returned 1/2/24. On 1/3/24 I called Zak regarding my refund on the deposit because they did not have any vehicle that I wanted. Now Zak does not want to refund my deposit of $1,000.00. More excuses. I spent alot of money on a car that could not be driven. I spent time going back and forth with dealer, mechanics and warranty sales. I paid $508 for one month of full coverage car insurance as well as diagnostic testing for car that should have never been sold in the first place. I just want my deposit.

      Hello, 
      You purchased the 2011 Dodge Durango AS-IS from us with no warranty, the car was sold to you with a check engine light and it was communicated to you that the truck has a check engine light and the truck has some sort of an issue and you stated that you are OK with the car having a check engine light and that you are a handy man and will be able to fix your car yourself. We made sure to sign you on multiple documents that stated you understand fully that you are purchasing the car AS-IS with no responsibility from us at all and you are responsible for all repairs.

      I am rejecting this response because: The car was returned and you did not have any cars similar in my budget for me to purchase to use the deposit towards. Deposit was a down payment for a purchase. 

      The car was returned due to mechanical engine problems (not drivable ) and the warranty does not cover pre existing engine problems.

      The bank was also notified about the problem.

      Since car was returned the deposit need to be credited back to credit card

      Ordered a vehicle from European Auto Expo May 2023. I was issued temporary plates from the dealership. I was told I would get my official licence plates for my vehicle a month after my purchase. It has been four months and still have not received my official licence plates. I was told by the dealership in order to receive my official licence plates, I will have to show proof of payment towards my auto loan in order to receive my licence plates. I have made four payments towards my auto loan since purchasing my vehicle from European Auto Expo. I am being scammed into making more payments in order for me to receive my official licence plates. I should not have to go through this just to drive my vehicle legally on the road. It is frustrating having to constantly get pulled over by law enforcement questioning the integrity of my temporary plates. I want European Auto Expo to get the job done without using these scamming tactics against me. I should not have to me spend more money to get things I am supposed to be issued when purchasing a vehicle.

      Hello, 

      Your plates are here for about 3-4 month now and you are welcome to come pick them up at anytime. Our company policy is that you show us a proof of your first monthly payment to receive the plates (which you are refusing to do) We do not want you to make multiple payments to receive them or any of the things you stated in your complaint. 

      You can come pick up your plates Monday to Saturday anytime from 10 AM to 6 PM, just show us a proof of the 1st payment that's all we are requesting from you.

      False advertising. The car was 19,500 until they provide you the worksheet and add on 'Aftermarket' fee of 6,590 + Doc fees of 689. Embarrassing how they prey on people.

      this is in after market product such as a warranty gap insurance etc . if you give the manager chance to talk would have explain to you. at this point go buy a car some where else .

      Deceptive practices and refusing to honor the advertised price. All buyers should avoid European Auto Expo. Not once was GAP insurance mentioned and the dealer refused to provide the out the door price.

      I purchase a used vehicle from European Auto Expo in March of this year. The vehicle was listed $20,900 based on the history of the vehicle condition. I was led to believe based on my credit I had to make a larger down payment because several bank were not able to ***** me credit. I payed the larger down payment of $6,000.00 hoping to get a smaller balance because I'm on social Security and have no other way to pay for this vehicle. Later after reading the contract I found out they had raise the price of the vehicle to $27,150.00. I offered to return the vehicle because no one was driving the vehicle at that time, it was parked at my friends home in Elmwood Park that was close to the dealership while I seek sale for my old vehicle. The dealership said no, and they will have to reduce the price of the vehicle. I asking for my $6,000.00 dollars to be returned to my credit card.

      **********************  you have been trying to negotiate a deal that was done a few months ago. You also tried to dispute your credit card down payment making false claims. Please refer to your contracts that you have signed. There is no coolant. Off Period on your contract as well and you cannot renegotiate the term or the pricing. Enjoy your car and good luck with it. There is nothing else that we can conduct at that time.

      I purchased the car on 03/16/2017 **** down payment plus $31,745.74 they added $6000 dealer fee which I complained and only after I mentioned BBB they removed the $6000 instead they charged :Clerical fee $398.00 Document Delivery fee $191.00 Registration fee $189.00 ****% apr ( I don't think this is fair to pay such a high apr )2 days later I start having issues with engine light on , coolant leaking , 2 oxygen sensors.I went back to the dealership 2 days later,they promised me to replace and pay for those issues to be fixed they dragged me back and forth for over 4 week, even the registration wasn't ready which I needed to work with the car I purchased ,after several times I tried to work with them I had no choice but telling them if I don't have my car fixed and registration ready I'm going to contact BBB and take legal actions , the owner of the place treated me terrible by telling me go **** yourself (using f words on me ) and continued threatening me telling me "you are barking on the wrong tree and that he doesn't car about the *** law or BBB.The whole reason I purchased the car is to work with it as a driver and support my family . now my car is not drivable currently at the mechanic shop and I'm struggling with my expenses .I asked them (the dealership where I purchased the car to send the car back and trade it for another car or cancel my loan and they are refusing to do so ********* need their permission to cancel the loan and they are refusing to do so !If I'm not able to use the car to work it means I can't make payments and my credit history will get destroyed all because they are selling damaged cars which on carfax they showed it says never had any issues .please stop this company destroying and treating us costumers in the worst way possible .your actions could be life saving for me and many other customers that get fraud and mistreated this company.I hope to get any respond from BBB.Sincerely *************************!

       the problem has not been resolved with the company (European auto expo ) .

      They dont want to take responsibility for selling me a damaged car , and the owner never even contacted me to apologize for his rudeness against me as his customer .  

      They sold me a broken car , I paid almost 40K and Im not even able to drive it yet . 

      I wanted a trade in for this car very first week that I purchased my car and they refused by buying time and asking me to send the car to their dealer to check and fix under their expenses but once the month passed they refused to pay anything and their mechanic refuses to fix my car .  

      THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY . 

      They are a big scam . On the paper says car is clean wile the car is not drivable.  

      Suspension damaged 

      Engine Coolant broken 

      Oxygen sensors damaged 

      Drivers door broken 

      Rare window shade broken  

      All of this they were suppose to fix and now thst the time has passe 1 month they know I cant cancel the loan so they refusing to fix anything .

      Date of transaction: 09/20/2021 Amount of Money I paid to Business: $9,140.00 What the business committed to provide: a good working second hand car Lexus RX 350, year 2017 what the nature of the dispute is:I have been going through emotional distress due to an incident that happened on the ***************** in ******** while driving at about 80 miles. I purchased a Lexus RX 350, Year 2017 on September 20th 2021. By October 09th, I started having issues with the car. It started heating up at first, then the smell of a rotten egg like. At the same day, I got on the highway and running about 80 miles per hour, the car shook and started slowing down then stopped. It almost caused me to get into an accident. I immediately called my mechanic but he was not available to come right away. I called my warranty for help, but I could not reach them. I reached out to my brother Madieng for help. He came and tried to start the car several times. We waited for the toll truck to com and transported the car to my mechanic *** on 47th street and 11 avenues.*** checked the car and found that it was leaking oil and sealed it, and that the battery was completely depleted. He suggested I call Lexus for a full checkup and possible repairs.Whether or not the business has tried to solve the issue: They tried in a very bad way. They agreed to switch the car to another one and by the time they reach out to the bank for the financing process, they changed the switch to a trade now. They ended up calling the police on me, my brother and husband. they wanted to scam money from me in order to give me another car.Zack showed us his screen and explained all the details which are the following in addition to not keeping his promise about the $4300 for us to take back:Zack said: My previous deposit of $9,1400. 00 I lost due to the trading. He explained that all of the deposit went to Auction fee, dealers fee, and dealers tax. Account/order/tracking number: My Stock number is ******

      We recommend it to the customer to go to a mechanic to see whats going on with her vehicle she has a full warranty recommend it for her to used. If the car shakes when does not make it at that car.
