      This hotel is run tremendously poorly. I booked a stay from Tuesday through the following Monday and I had tons of issues that ****** addressed and then finally on the last day of our day, they said to me that they made a mistake and made me move out of my room General manager Instead of copying my horrible stay at the hotel did nothing.

      My bank account was unauthorized charged $841.34 by Ocean Place Resort and Spa on July 3,2023. When I reserved the hotel I paid in full total for 2 night stay $1674.00. I have confirming email. After I checked out I had an extra charge from the hotel in tue amount of $841.34. I contacted hotel and spoke to *****. He apologize and said that the hotel will return tue money and it was a mistake. It was in July, 2023. Now my ************* texted me that nook e reverse the charge and I will need to pay this charge. Contacted hotel again now on September 26th, 2023 and they said that they will send my complaint to the management. Im still have this charge o my bank statement and 2 months after I spoke with the hotel they act like they never heard of it. However I have all emails confirming that I paid total in full of $1674.00 in July when I reserved the room. No one can explain to me when they will return this extra charge of $841.34 and why it was withdrawn from my account. After ****** apology in July nothing was resolved as promised. OleSe help me and protect other people from being overcharged. Need my money back. I is have all emails confirming my statements and my bank statements confirming the same.       I stayed at the Ocean Place Resort at *********** from August 5th through August 7th, 2022. I accidentally forgot some of my clothes (approximately 5-6 articles) in my room at check out and called the hotel the next day to locate and retrieve my items. After following up numerous times over the course of several weeks with hotel management security, and housekeeping, the hotel finally confirmed they found my clothes and promised to ship it to my house. I spoke with *********************** in housekeeping over the phone, and she confirmed that she had my clothes and went over the items in possession in detail. I sent ****** and another employee *************************** in security an e-mail with my address, so that they could ship my clothes to my house. It has been weeks now, and I still haven't received my clothes, which leads me to believe that it was stolen. I followed up with ****** and ***** multiple times via e-mail, but they haven't responded. The hotel failed to recognize that my personal items were stolen and didn't offer an apology or any form of compensation. I would like to get my clothes back or receive compensation for the value of my clothes.

      I left a sound sytem that worth more than 500$ in their cutody . i Called asking to pickeup and was told me was ok to left there . when i went to pick up nobody knew about the sound system and after months trying contact the manager that never was there or never return my calls they simple told me was too long time for that and they "discart" the item . How they have all my information was never told me i have a time frame to pick up and and they never even try to repair their mystake . i went several times there last year and they are treating me hoorible during this situation that they creat . Someone there STOLE my sound system and this company is hiding who did

      I checked into this hotel on May 29th to check out to May 30th when this incident happened. During check out I gave my 2 bags to the **** boy to checkin at 12pm to be picked up at 5pm. When I went back at 5:09pm with my 2 yr old I had a very disturbing set of events. My bags were lost. 1) I was mistreated and insulted by the lady at the reception who banged the storage door on me when all I was trying to do was help identify my bags since the hotel staff was not able to find it and I had to rush with my 2 year old son to the train station 2) The manager ********************* came in and handed me a wrong contact information; both your email address and extension 3) Prior to my leaving from the hotel, ************** told me he will update me of the status by night but I kept calling you a several times next day and the day after he got back to me on June 2nd mid day asking to send the details of my things that were misplaced by the hotel. He also said the hotel would compensate me for my checked in stolen luggage 4) Then he emails to report this to the *********** police when he knew I dont live in long branch This was the end to my 1800$ of stolen goods by the hotel. I honestly dont have any words how to react to this incorrectness and upsetting incident

      I was in this hotel for more than 1 week this last summer . I forget a JBL boombox there , I call the front desk and a they told me the item was there safe and secure for me to dont worry . I went back to pick up and they told me was nothing there and they cant do anything about it . Insane.

      Thank you for reaching out regarding an article left behind after your stay in May. You had contacted the hotel not long after checking out letting us know you have left an article in the room upon checkout. As you had noted you would be returning to the hotel in the next day or two to pick it up, it was kept waiting for your arrival. Unfortunately you had not returned to the hotel to pick it up nor contacted our Security for several months regarding your item. In December was when you reached out to hotel personnel after coming to pick it up. At that point, it had been approximately 6 months, longer 90 days, the time we hold lost and found articles. We are sorry that we are not able to house guest lost and found articles for longer periods of time. You are certainly welcome to forward the documentation of the item to me  and we will forward it our insurance team who will review and reach out to you directly if you like.

      I am rejecting this response because: at the moment I called I explain I was going away to reveal the customer service told me that dont worry we keep items here for long time ) and I the item wa left in June not in May . Im a current guest and you guys should let me know that its not going to hold the time and give me a chance to get my sound system . The item cost 500$ and I would never left there if I knew it I would have to pick up next day.  Why you guys never answer any emails or call ? I need a email s Incan Foward the item for the reimbursement
