I ordered railing and gave *** a $4000.00 deposit June 3, 2021, which he prompted cashed on June 3, 2021.My contract states completion in eight weeks, signed by ***. If you call Brothers Railing no one answerers, ever calls back on Blocked # saying this is his private phone.In October *** finally gave me a date for him to install my railings, I prepared my house rolled up all carpets and he was a NO SHOW!This happened two more times, each time he gave me an excuse and each time I was nice about it.And each time I attempted to call.of course no person answerers the phone.Then at the end of Oct his partner **** called and gave me some excuse and said that they might be able to come install soon, I said I just want him to give me a date and stick with it, please dont tell me you are coming (have me prepare) and then just dont show up, I told him Im not listening anymoreat that He got mad at me and said he will not install my railings.Because no one from Brothers answers..I found *** on ******** and PMed him Where are my railings?????? Why is no body getting back to me....why do you tell me your coming and not show up!!! Three timesJon responded with This is my private space and you are invading it:He made no attempt to return my $4000.00 deposit until I got the police involved to date I have receive $2000.00.
