In brief, I hired DRS ***************************** for ************* cleanup as well as weekly lawn mowing in 2021. I didn't realize that the second fall clean-up entailed weed whacking and cutting down existing flower beds around the perimeter of my home. Since we were new customers, I reached out via phone and text to state that I did not want my flower beds to be trimmed down in the future. 6 months later, in June of 2022 an entire flower bed was weed-whacked. I texted a video of the incident and received a call back assuring me that my plants wouldn't be weed-whacked again. I was also told that I would be compensated with new, replacement plants. A few weeks later, there was yet again another incident in which plants were weed-whacked. I reached out again but never received a text back or a call back regarding the matter. Then, this past December my flower beds were once again weed-whacked during the second fall cleanup. I have attempted several times to talk to the owner/management regarding this bill. I called the office at ************** on January 9th and sent a text to **** (the manager/owner) at ************** on January 11th. I sent an email on January 17th and a letter on March 8th after having received a bill for the final fall cleanup. I have yet to receive a response. I do not believe that I should pay for a service that I have explicitly stated on several occasions that I did not want. Furthermore, I also never received the replacement plants that I was supposed to get last June.
