I was relocating to Denver Colorado for the military and had been searching for a reliable out of state moving company for a couple of months. I went with Simonik Transportation & Warehousing which is through Allied Vans. In my contract there is a guaranteed rate reduction which states; The GRR will be reduced by $21.20 per 100 pound difference between the actual and estimated weight. Attached are the following documents; email correspondences inquiring about my credit between Ms. B***** (Simonik coordinator) and myself. Ms. B***** still has not reached out or responded to my last email. The contract signed with Simonik, which shows the Guaranteed Rate Reduction. Lastly, the paperwork submitted by the driver that shows the actual weight amount. I feel as if I'm no longer being treated as a valued customer. If this is the way Allied Vans conducts business with first time customers I will never do business with them again. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Chiara W****Business response

Hello Ms. W****,
We apologize for the delay with your refund being issued. Allied Van Lines was your carrier and as an interstate agent for Allied, we were your Booking agent on their behalf. The credit card payment and subsequent refund are controlled and processed by Allied Van Lines, not Simonik Transportation.
Cathy B***** has been working with Allied corporate the last few days to get this issue resolved. She finally spoke with the Supervisor, Monica M******* at Allied's Revenue Department and was assured today that your refund will be processed back to your credit on Monday. They did say it may take one to two days to reflect on your credit card statement.
If the refund is not on your card by next week please reach out to me directly and will follow up on your behalf.
Again, our sincerest apologies. We thank you for placing your trust in our services and regret that the untimely refund process has caused you to file a complaint against our company.
