I have been a member with Brilliant Distinctions and now Alle since ************************************************************ my account as I recently had a Botox treatment spending almost three hundred dollars with ************** in ************, ******** who just told me they are not a member of Alle which was never told to me prior to my treatment with ************** as Alle and it's customer service representative's have always maintained whenever someone has a Botox treatment a credit is applied to their account never once mentioning to me or my girlfriend that indeed there are a few salons throughout the country who are not a member of Alle and cannot award me any points which I addressed with staff members ******* and ********* neither of whom were helpful in any way as what should have been said which was not Alle apologies for misinforming when telling me I would receive credit any time I receive a ********************* when in fact this is not true and should have been told credit would be applied only if seeing certain providers something which was never told to either of us and are asking for a credit to be applied for my service in addition to schooling the company's customer service department who neither appeared concerned nor in any way helpful including when asking to speak with a supervisor being told after being placed on hold for roughly five minutes one was not available and that one would 'tey' getting back to me between twenty four and seventy two hours. This matter was handled terribly both before and after my ************* as I have been misinformed, lied to.
