    I purchased a 2023 Honda Odyssey from Sussex Honda in August 2023. As part of this service, I was am able to use Honda Service Pass for certain complimentary car servicing. Honda Madison spent quite a bit of time telling me that they had never heard of this program before. They eventually admitted that they were aware of the program but that my vehicle did not qualify for the program. Finally, they said that my car should be part of the program but was not able to be entered into the computer. After talking to Honda Corporate, I asked them to confirm that they were a participating member in Honda Service Pass. They were unwilling/unable to tell me if they were part of this program. After more than a half hour of discussion they eventually provided the oil change but I do not want to have this argument every time I am there. I would like them to confirm whether they are part of the Honda Service Pass program (which I would also then confirm with Honda Corporate).

    Although my leasing experience at the dealership was fine, over time I was deluged with an exhorbitant volume of emails, voice messages and texts (one day I counted nine!). I contacted the dealership and asked to be taken off their marketing list for such communications and was assured it would be taken care of. It wasn't. A few months later, I did the same and pointed out that I continued to get messages/text/emails from sales, internet sales, the retention manager, the service department. Again, I was promised that it would definitely be taken care of. Fast forward another few months and I had to do the same YET AGAIN with the same result. I sent an email to the general manager of the dealership and I never received a response even though I asked for written confirmation from him that they would stop all the unwanted communication. They have lost a customer.
