Like most who fall into the trap of buying into a timeshare, my wife and I were looking for a lifeline to help us get out of the mistake we had made.After reading some reviews online and having an initial consultation with a couple timeshare exit companies, we settled on working with Resolution Timeshare Cancellation, LLC. We can't recommend their services enough and if we could give higher than a 5 star rating we absolutely would! ******* and his team, from the moment we began working together, all the way up through the final confirmation that we were fully exited from our timeshare, were always kind, informative, punctual, and more than anything reassuring. The process takes time, and that is what everyone should know before starting down this road, but in that time, Resolution Timeshare Cancellation always made sure we understood where we were in the journey, what was next, and the expectation of of the timetables.Trust us, it's unfortunate to have to find yourself needing these services, but if you do, you are definitely taking a step in the right direction by giving Resolution Timeshare Cancellation the chance to rectify it for you.

We wanted to get out of our timeshare and after talking with one company, I decided to shop around. I called Resolution and was immediately put through to *******. He spent 20 minutes with me on the phone and guided me through the process and suggested that I contact ******** directly. He told which department to talk to and the words I needed to use. Within half an hour, I had talked with ******** and was in the ****** for exiting our contract and costing us $0. I extensively researched timeshare exit companies and methods prior to contacting a few of the most highly recommmended companies. Resolution Timeshare Cancellation LLC stood out by far as the best, most caring, most knowledgeable, and most reasonably priced exit company. With their help, I am now timeshare free! We had an excellent experience with and highly recommend Resolution Timeshare Cancellation. We owned Bluegreen Timeshare points. Initially, RTC answered all our questions, giving us reasonable timing and pricing. After the contract was signed, RTC kept us informed of their progress with our timeshare company. Within 7 months, our timeshare offered us a buyout. This was quicker than we expected, and the outcome was reasonable. RTC guided us through the 20 plus pages of legal papers that had to be signed from the timeshare company. It was a pleasure working with RTC. Absolutely first class organization. They worked on a very difficult situation for some time that resulted in our selling our units direct. They advised us during this process of selling Since we ended up selling direct, they immediately, without question, refunded our fee. They were almost as happy as we were that in the end, we got rid of our units which was the ultimate goal from the start. I would advise anyone who needs to get out of a timeshare to contact them. Resolution Time Shares was absolutely wonderful! They got me out of my time share which was causing a financial burden for me and my family. **************** was honest and up front telling me approximately how long the process could take. He was ALWAYS very responsive and my calls were either answered immediately or within one day!! They also provided a credit monitoring service that works hard to ensure your credit is not severely adversely affected. They charge a flat fee and did absolutely every they told me they would do. Excellent company. Because of ************* I can sleep at night. I no longer have to worry about my kids being left with a lifetime of maintenance fees. I found out the worst thing that will happen is a bad credit report. Though I paid off my time share 10 yrs ago I stopped paying MF because they tripled. Today I read the sweetest words in the English language, This will confirm that the ownership is hereby terminated. I can only thank ******* of RTC, for his kind understanding of my situation. His clear and sound advice and precise instruction helped guide me through the process of eliminating my timeshare by signing the deed back to the resort and he didn't charge me.
