paid $260.00 for a Theraposa Stirmi Tarantula. ********* was a confirmed female, however when it molted after three months it turned out to be a confirmed Male. Refuses to refund money, will only replace however I should receive both due to false advertisement and overcharging. Multiple tarantulas have been found dead within a case, when mentioned to them about proper husbandry they refused to listen. One employee said to myself Well it aint dead yet. They didnt care about an innocent life , arachnid or not. In store pets have been in store and then missing by next visit told they went home however they ended up dying as well. Animals are not misted 2x a week like they should be and are fed very rarely. Most of them have small abdomens. Reptiles are underfed unless they are owner surrenders. They are fed very small amounts a day. I was a previous employee and saw all of this on a regular basis.
