last friday i made a redemption of 1000$ to my skrill acct cuz per there website its instant to skrill ..its def not…i have emailed support since sat with simple questions first got automated response to wait 24 hours so i did pairently after no response for over 24 hours i sent another one getting the same response but now 48 hour wait and nowww its 72 hour wait and not once has anyone gotten back to me at all the customer support is non existent and now im thinkin i wont ever get my redemption nd ive spent plenty of money here…btw my account is fullu verified i did it before i even sent the redemption & i have made one other one before for gift cards and that was almost instant which is another reason why i feel like its not coming…if anyone at all can get back to me id greatly appreciate it & please help me get my redemption so i can come back and redo all this ..i had no issues before this and even tho fairly new i still have spent alot here and would like to continue to be a customer if these get resolvedBusiness response

The transaction in question was completed and the complainant received the amount that was requested in the manner that it was requested. We have suggested service times for these types of transactions and do our best to adhere to those timelines. This "CASINO" is considered a sweepstakes and therefore able to run a casino online at high5casino.com. I have made numerous deposits even though it says completely free to play. Sweepstakes are always free by US LAW. I was playing with the coins provided to me and on many occasions they game I was playing either did not pay out or my hand was unable to be played causing a loss, bonuses not pain and winnings not delivered. I want the casino to know, that I want a refund of all deposits as it is my intention to dispute every transaction with this casino to recover my funds since they cheat. I have been a user of this casino for well over a year and verified my account with them almost immediately and redeemed an award within a week of joining as well. I have spent a lot of money on their site and it makes zero sense why I would risk wasting all that money for a second account that I could never claim any winnings on. I have only ever played on my one account, I have only ever deposited money on that account and I have already redeemed winnings with that account so I do not understand why I’m unable to now. If I’m unable to redeem my winnings then I want the money I deposited back. Even though I believe I did nothing to deserve being in bad standing with them why on earth would they still continue to let me deposit time and time again? I have deposited well over 20 times probably 30 just within this last month! What a horribly dishonest business to keep collecting my money knowing I was giving it to them under the assumption that my account was valid and to take my money under false pretenses is fraudulent on their part! They gave me zero indication that my account wasn’t in good standing, no notification on the website in my mailbox, no email, no text or phone call, yet they were happy taking all the money they could from me knowing full well all the while that they weren’t going to honor my redemption. I won on 5/7/24 $250 and $350. On 5/20/24 I won $1100. All winnings were requested to be paid through my ****** account which I have done in the past without any problem. I have contacted both High 5 and ****** with only canned email responses that they are "working" on my situation, it has been escalated, and they will contact me when there is a resolution. This has been going on for TWO weeks. This morning I was determined to get some answers. I called ****** and got a very helpful customer service person that actually told me what was going on on ******'s end. Apparently ****** has contacted High 5 on average every 3 days for the last 2 weeks WITHOUT a response! I went online to try to find a customer service number for High 5, The number I located (in several locations online)* ************* is disconnected. They offer Facebook, Chat, and email (communication methods I use, they offer others) each method only allows you to leave a message or email (both of which I contacted). I'm attaching screenshots of the redemption history and the email I sent to High 5 and ****** this morning. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. All that is needed is for High 5 to contact ****** and confirm the redemptions.Initial Complaint

I’ve been in contact with this business numerous times over the last two months with little to now no response at this point. They had asked me for information to verify my account and banking information after allowing me to make several purchases for which I still had a remaining balance on file. I was sent an email by their customer service team to submit my banking information to them via a Google Docs link, but when I clicked that link, it wouldn’t allow me to upload my information. Therefore, I explained that in a follow up email to them, along with the information they requested from me. I received an email back stating that my concern would be escalated within their department and have received absolutely no response since, despite my request that if my account was not restored that the funds I’d recently deposited be returned/refunded to my bank account. I’ve emailed them several times, and have received other emails from High 5, but none addressing my account status or refund request.Initial Complaint

this company has wasted hundreds of dollars of money and days of time writing post cards for free credits, this website is a social casino and must provide a way to play slots for free, their method is to write a postcard and mail it in, ive mailed in postcards over 7 months ago and still no payment and support wont reach back to me at all just a scam company do not play here they are scumbagsInitial Complaint

As a Sweepstakes Casino, High5 is legally required to offer a free method of entry to play their games. They offer the ability to send in postal requests, for which they credit 3 Sweeps Coins each. Between August and November of 2023, I mailed in ***** postal requests for which I am owed ***** Sweeps Coins. The team responsible for crediting these has stated that they have not received any of the ***** envelopes which I mailed in, despite the fact that they previously credited me for postal requests that I sent between April and July of 2023 which I sent the exact same address. They have made rules in their Sweeps Rules that players are not allowed to ask them about these postal requests at all or risk being banned from the site. It is clear that they are telling players that they did not receive postal requests as a way to ***** their legal responsibility. I want to be credited for the ***** postal requests which I mailed to them. It cost me thousands of dollars to send these envelopes in and hundreds of hours of my time.Initial Complaint

I'm owed somewhere between ******* envelopes from around august 28th to september 26th and it has been over a month since I've received credits for envelopes. It should not take this long to get credited.
