      I attempted to purchase a certified used vehicle from this dealership. I submitted a cash offer and then the sales department informed me that the pricing was based on financing the vehicle even though the offer was submitted as a cash offer on their website. I attempted to close the deal then was told that my offer was not accepted and the price had increased significantly. I asked for transparency on the price and the sales contact become belligerent and told me that the dealership sets the price and abruptly hung up. I called back and asked to speak with the dealership manager but the manager would not take my call. I have been a customer of GM for 30 years but due to this experience I will move onto another automotive OE.My advice to others would be to avoid this dealership. Their rating on this site should be a good indicator of what a good dealership isnt.

      BUYER BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!I recently leased a GMC ****** from this dealership. I consider myself to be a wise person. However, I feel like I was scammed. The salesperson confused the shi* out of me. He told me that they would give me $19,000 for my trade-in. I even have paperwork indicating that they supposedly gave me the $19,000. When it came to signing the overwhelming amount of paperwork, I questioned an amount that was above what was agreed upon for the sales price of the vehicle. The salesman told me that the higher amount was only for insurance replacement purposes. Shame on me for believing him. When I got home and actually spent time reviewing the paperwork, I discovered that the dealership actually charged me $9,000 over the agreed amount ($10,000 over MSRP). The trick he played was making me think that I got $19,000 for my trade-in, but the dealership added over $9,000 to the price of the vehicle. When I called them, the finance person blamed the salesman and the salesman blamed the finance person. They both blamed the manager, who would not speak with me. Needless to say, I was screwed! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. I should have read the other reviews before doing business with them, as someone else had the same story, but they were smart enough to leave.

      We towed our Buick yesterday to get a diagnostic for our car. We figured they are an authorized Buick dealer so they will be best suited to fix the issue. I got a diagnostic that I need to change the timing belt and a few other seals and parts. Their initial estimate was $700. Two hours later, they discovered a broken bolt. I am 100% sure that they broke the bolt. Previously, they said it was just loose. Multiple diagnoses at this point. When we brought the car, the bolt was not broken (we checked). Then, they tell me it will cost another $1700 plus tax. We told them to not do any work on the car for this price. We arrived the next day to pick up the car. They then gave us a **** of $470. We didnt authorize any work orders or ask them to fix it since the price was high. We didnt want to fix it with them anymore and we notified them on the call that we dont authorize any repairs. Since our vehicle would be held hostage if we didnt pay, we decided to pay to get it out of their shop. They charged $470 to do absolutely nothing but take a look at the car. Nothing was fixed, and my car was left in parts (not even assembled back). I had to tow the car again. A simple diagnostic fee should have been charged at $155. Again, they raised their estimate from $700 to $1,700 or more and had ZERO work orders signed. I am looking to get a $300 refund out of the $460 charged (and the car wasn't even fixed). I had to pay them because if I didnt, they would not give me my car keys. But they lowballed me and then held my car hostage. I will try to get my money back by filing with the BBB and then a small claims court.
