      Title: Beware of ******************** Deals Learn from My Mistake I purchased a Honda Accord EX from ****** Honda in New Jersey, and unfortunately, it was a costly mistake. They overcharged me by $10,000, leaving me with an outrageous $685 monthly payment, a complete rip-off. At the time, I didnt know any better; I was just excited to buy a car for my son. Looking back, I realize how badly I was taken advantage ***** salesperson, Uncle or Mr. ***** seemed friendly, but clearly, the dealership prioritized making an excessive profit over offering a fair deal. They took full advantage of my excitement and lack of experience in car buying.If youre considering purchasing from here, do your research, check market prices, and dont let them pressure you into a bad deal. Ive learned my ****** the hard way, and I hope others can avoid the same trap.Would I recommend ****** Honda? Absolutely not.

      They will add a CPO fee and a Reconditioning fee. They will not tell you how the amount was calculated or let you keep a copy of cost of these fees you sign for. They are only there to increase the cost of the car.The CPO fee should be in the original price of the car, not added on later. They don't do that because it will show that they are charging more then the car is worth. The Reconditioning fee should not exist at all. That is them just taking your money.

      I purchased a CPO Honda Odyssey. My entire experience on the sales side was horrible. I feel I was lied to on at least two separate occasions. I was told my car had one recall that was resolved, which is not true the recall has no resolution. Then I was told that the issue with my sliding door was due to a recall, which there isnt a recall for. These were checked with the Honda corporate website. I brought these concerns up with multiple levels of the sales team to which I have received zero ************ car needed to stay with service for one month after I purchased it, which I was frustrated with, but **** and **** at the service side were wonderful.

      Just bought my 4th Honda CRV. Knew what I wanted and what a fair price was. ****** * Abdel * ****** walked me through the process and we got the deal done. It was clear they wanted to earn my business. Suggest looking at extended warranty. Women I worked with just replaced her screen and it was $4000.00. Made sure to get myself a warranty. I am worry wart and the piece of mind is worth it to me. THANKS AGAIN. ******

      I brought in my 2021 Honda odyssey, they claimed they'll fix 3 open recalls. I don't know what they did but ever since, when I stop the car and hold the break pedal (not on park) I get this annoying loud vibrating sound which seems to be coming from behind the screen or under the dashboard. I sometimes also hear something rolling from one side to the on the inside of the dashboard when I make a sharp turn. Seems like they left some screws laying around in there. Pretty clumsy

      Made serious inquiry about a used NON Honda vehicle, they denied me an independent inspection prior to purchase and were simply rude and horrendous, I asked if they were aware of their bad reviews and they replied "oh that's just buyers. they come and go" what a surreal experience

      I had a fabulous experience with Honda of Mahwah. They gave me a better than fair price on my trade in and we negotiated and agreed on the final out the door price. Everyone was professional and helpful. There were of course taxes and fees which can be confusing but we expected that.

      Came to this dealership to buy a used Tacoma. Initially was impressed by my sales rep ******* and had a good test drive and decided to buy the truck. Sat down to talk numbers and value of my trade in. I was given a list of numbers and a total and no explanation. My main concern was the value for my trade in as I was already okay with the advertised price of the truck. As I started to figure out what each of the numbers was, I was told twice not to worry about the individual numbers and just look at the total. That should have been a red flag. We negotiated 1000 off the truck price due to dents and deep scratches. It was the end of the day on Saturday when we got into finance with ****, and we blew through the paperwork in about 15 minutes (sign here, here, here). When I got home I went through the paperwork and saw the cash price for the truck (that I had signed right next to) was 2k over the original asking price on the website, 3k over what I had negotiated at the table as well as a bogus $516 total loss protection fee. Thinking it must have been a mistake I tried calling and emailing all week only to have all my messages ignored and my calls forwarded around the dealership until someone takes my number and promises a call back. Reading the other one star reviews I now know it probably wasnt a mistake and I just got taken advantage of. The people are nice enough but if you choose to go here, plan on them trying to take advantage of you and be ready to double and triple check every line before signing anything. I should have known better.
