Run for your life. Don't trust this company with anything. Project started in April, still not finished as of October 31st. Contless calls and emails with no response. When we did get them to anwser it was a mess of 'Oh *** is out the office today' or '*** is on vacation this week'.... Multiple issues with the newly installed system and we have been left to clean up the mess they left.Highlights - No COC provided by county to date !- Project started april, still open as of October 31st !- Did not follow the plans to spec and failed to provide an updated plan to the county when modifactions were made.- Multiple areas of property damaged, they attempted to dumb damaged debris from what was damaged in the trees behind my property. - Attempted to provide the county with a FAKED pump out receipt for our old cesspool which was supposed to be removed per NJ Code. We caught them on our surveillance cams doing this with a small pump and a clear plastic tote from there own truck. Now we are dealing with the health department as nobody really knows what they did to the existing cesspool. Awaiting ground testing to determine level of contamination. The County has deemed the projected abandoned now so we are working with a new company to get this sorted. Of course we are holding **** liable for all cost's due to their failed project.

As of November 15, 2022, there has been a county approval for a septic system to be installed at the property of *********************************. Engineer modifications were made and it was a delay from the engineer office submitting the modifications detailed design. In a signed contract from the seller of this property, it states we are not liable for tree work. However, we did take down a few small trees on site for no extra charge with an explanation we would not haul them off the property. Their claims to catch our crew pumping out an old cesspool are false. The property sits within a flood zone. Our crew was pumping rainwater out from the area we were working that day. They purchased the property without doing their own surveys or topographic survey. The property is at the lowest point of 3 houses which all rainwater runs to this property. This party is making false claims on ****** as well. The county has not deemed this project abandoned. My company may seek council for damages done. Thank you, *********************************

I am rejecting this response because:

I opened a complaint that was wrongly closed with **** gravity flows septic. Please be aware this issue has been going on for over 12 months now and the contractor has taken the full $25k payment at this time. We are desperately in need of some help on this.

      Regards,

Run the other way. Do not use this business. Contract was fluid at best to benefit the contractor. Not responsible for damage for basically anything on your property per their contract. The Destroyed our driveway requiring ****+ sq ft of repair through homeowners insurance. They dumped soil on our property!?! Try TRASH and environmental WASTE! Glass shards as big as my HAND, PVC chunks of pipe? Talk about cutting corners! We signed a contract in Oct 2021, they started in April 2022 and here they arent even finished in Aug! Owner is not professional at all and I grieve for his work woman in the office fielding his calls. He refused to work with a female, and his company NEVER TOLD US when they were on property or what they were doing. Only time we knew what was happening was by playing days of phone tag with him or the ladies in the office. They also buried everything before inspection and had to come back out and open it up for inspection because no communication was provided about when someone had to be on property. You all, I never in my life have written bad reviews and resided to let karma take its toll but if this message prevents you this headache its worth it! If zero stars were possible, thats what Id provide. This job was obviously too much for this company to be done properly. We refused their finalizing services (more like saving our HOUSE!) and the owner willing agreed. WHO DOES THAT? Good riddance. We now have to file a home owners insurance claim for driveway damage AND get another $10K loan to fix the yard problem back to a safe yard for my toddler son and pet. This businesses practice are dangerous whether its the lack of communication (never knowing when someone was on our property), or the waste that has been dumped in my yard jeopardizing the health and safety of my family and pets; this company has a track record locally of these cut corner practices we regrettably found out AFTER the fact. Time to process more debt to fix their mess.

********************* and her husband read the contract received before signing it for the work to be complete. It states in our contract that we are not liable for the driveway, landscaping, hardscapes, or sprinklers within the job scope, which she states herself and they signed the contract. They signed the contract and the process of engineering and the approximate timeframe for it were thoroughly explained. Once approved, we install in the order of received approval. Once the install begins the county comes out to inspect after each phase of the process before we are able to move forward with the next. If there were glass shards and PVC pipe in the soil the inspection would have failed, which it did not. The office staff contacts every homeowner the day we are to come onsite to begin, and we have as much contact with the homeowner as possible throughout the process. They knew when we were onsite as ****************** works from home and stated that to our office repeatedly. Homeowner called and spoke with company owner, and we made every attempt to work with homeowner about this complaint until our services were refused which homeowner also states in complaint.
