I placed order W2005545620-1 earlier this year, for a get well fruit platter for my husband. The platter was delivered on time, and looked EXACTLY like the football platter online. After biting into 1 strawberry, it was hard and TOTALLY ***** INSIDE. I thought oh well, some bad fruit. I proceeded to a second strawberry - the same thing. And a third strawberry, and a fourth, in fact ALL STRAWBERRIES WERE ***** INSIDE INEDIBLE AND HARD.Wow, since this platter ONLY contained strawberries, pineapples and apples, clearly one third of the platter was thrown away.I contacted the business via EMAIL in early FEB2022, TO NO RESPONSE. I filed a written complaint on the EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS website, and again no response. I refined AGAIN this past week and again no response from either the business or from corporate in Georgia. Reference #*******. I do jot want a credit or apology. But I think I should ve given at least a PARTIAL REFUND OF THE $54 PRICE considering I had to throw away at least one third of the platter.I have never had anything like this happen at any other Edible Arrangement I have used including: Union, Woodbridge, ********* **, Kansas Cith MO, ******, etc.This is a disgrace, and to have the company not even acknowledge their misstep makes me never want to do business with them again.
