            Someone from the *** mgmt company changed my electric on 11/11/21, to the companys name after I spoke to them on 11/10 about not being able to move out on my intended date. Of 11/30/21. I can 9nly think that they were setting the account in their name and have it cut off as a tatic to get me out of the apt. They told me when I spoke to them they rented the apt for *** move in. So tell me why my elec was changed on 11/11.

            Our company does not switch electric accounts from tenants name to ours. When a tenant moves out and has the account taken out of their name, PSE&G transfers the account back into our name. When the apartment is rented, the new tenant has the account put in their name. We explained all of this to ****************** and suggested that she contact PSE&G to find out what happened.

            I called PSEG before calling the rental office. I was told by PSE &G that it was the management office who requested the change. I also told the mgmt office this when I called. They did not suggest I call PSE&G, I already had done so, before speaking to them. Thats what prompted me to call the mgmt office.

            I am not sure what happened on PSE&G's part. Anything that was done was on there end.We can not change your account, it belongs to you. I am sorry for the issues you had. I also understand that it is back in your name. When you spoke to CRP , you requested to be able to stay 2 weeks past the move out date that you gave us and we had agreed to it. Even if we could, we would have no reason to change your account.
