I contacted CR about a cart they listed for $20,989. I visited the dealership, and they told me it came with a 12-month warranty, The car had a defective power window, so they told me to come back and they would fix it, I returned 3 days later because they told me it was fixed. When I returned that window was not fixed. They told they would have **** fix it so I started to negotiate the cash deal. They tried to add >$6,000 in extras and fees before tax and tags... Very deceptive. The price was now over $27,000 before tax and tags. A 29% increase.NO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE RUSSIAN SCAM ARTISTS.

Horrible price on website stated *****, go to buy car sticker says *****. Then they do not tell you about the add-ons that are optional. I left without a contract had to go get it from the dealer. I call the financial org. Ally and they inform me that I have to go through the dealer.

Horrible, the price on website not price sold to me. At least 5000 more to purchase and they throw a bunch of stuff you don't need to **** the price higher

Wish i could give zero stars. These guys should be shut down. Bunch of wolves in sheeps clothing. Their fianance manager is the worse. Short tempered not professional at all. Sold me a car then they contact me a week later saying that bank couldnt approve the loan. Even after i gave a down payment and signed all the paperwork

Horrible company ! Came in with my family wife and kids and asked for a reliable deal and got f***cked they do not care !!! This was the worst decision I couldve ever made in my life ! Im in pursuit of a lawsuit against these people I suggest you guys dont even waste your time here !!

First of all if I was able to give them zero stars I would. They entice you with their on line prices from their website then when you actually sit with them they raised the price of the car 20k with their bogus fees. Then when I showed them the on line price they denied that it was their web site. Stay way from these sleazy used car salesman ??

They advertise a price on multiple web sites but they do not honor it. Their actual price is $5700 more than what they even emailed me. Uneducated staff and very condescending. Stay away.

Purchased a vehicle from car Revolution in *********** ** on 11/29/22 and felt rushed and wasn't told or aware of vehicle having a tuned up software that voided all factory warranties.. I been have issues with this car since 12/6/22.. on 12/27/22 my car broke down on the highway and I get it towed to VW and they say it's the transfer case..order that and than they couldn't get that off so there saying it's the transmission..so basically they sold me a lemon..I will be seeker legal advice.. my advice is don't buy used cars there..0 stars !

I purchased a vehicle on September 23,2022 and I am still waiting for them to give my bank the title so that I can get the vehicle registered. They havent done anything and constantly blame nj mvc. They dont respond back to calls and they ignore emails. It is now January 8,2023 and I still dont have my vehicle registered. I have called and emailed the ** **********************, who does not reply to my emails to correct this matter. As of today, i have been stopped by police and they have no documentation on file that states my vehicle being processed. I was warned that they can take the vehicle. Now I cant drive the vehicle to get to work, my bank is threatening to add fees because the dont have the title and I still have to pay the car note and I cant drive the vehicle. I am seeking out a lawyer.

If I could give this place 0 stars, then I would. They are totally unprofessional and sold us a lemon. We bought a *** m5 and had issues the first week. Drive train, check engine light, all if it. The car was purchased at around 60k miles. We had to replace the transmission. Everything we took it to the shop, they said it was a different problem, then they would so called fix it, and we would need to bring it back in for the same issue. They sold us a lemon. Our car has been in the shop longer than we had it, and we were trapped in the car, unanable to trade it in before spending thousands to fix it. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone. They don't call you back, they are rude, and the salesmen don't know what they are talking about. I agreed to be a cosigner on the loan. They went to the back, and decided to make me the car owner and my boyfriend a cosigner, without our consent. Got approval from the bank and all before telling us anything. They are a trap, a scam. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! they should be investigated for bad, shady business practices. Trust me, there are better places to go.
