I recently picked up my items from the warehouse at The Moving Guys Marlboro location. They were kind enough to crate all until I had the means and money agreed upon to unbox and bring to another temperature controlled facility. HOWEVER- the agreed price was for ALL my items, NOT a select few. I am missing so many good pieces. I could not wait to get them back. Not only furniture, but decorative items, clothes, shoes, and my mother's coats to name a few. I stood in the owners office and cried to him about my mother's coats. He promised he would look. However, the owner went AWOL on my constant phone calls and emails. NOT until I had a lawyer send The Moving Guys a demand letter for everything I was supposed to get did *** write back and tell me they do not have anything else. I filed a police report as well but of course have no results from that either. I tried to be nice and patient. That gets you anywhere. This is the hand I am dealt. How sad and disappointing for me. If you want your beloved belongings taken care of and not thrown around or destroyed, and you want HONEST men to work with do NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. You will regret it.Review from Gregory D

I wish I could give 0 stars. I had move scheduled with Jan 20th with a show up time between ****pm on the day my lease was expiring. I receive a call at 11:30am from ***** letting me know that his truck is not starting and it must be because the fuel is frozen from the cold. So they lied and left me stuck in an apartment without a lease. Awful awful experience

Unfortunately due to the cold weather, our truck did break down and had to be towed for repair. The Moving Guys did offer to move you on another day. We apologize for this inconvenience.
