Ordered May 10th online using Paypal for replacement blinds for the amount of $375.00. Called following order same day to verify availability.Called June 5th to find out order status and was told order to ship June 16th.Called June 16th to find out if order was shipped and was told material may be on backorder with no confirmation.Called July 12th for status update and was told 'we didn't know it wasn't shipped'.I need help to either get delivery or my money back.I also filed a complaint with Paypal on July 12th.Business response

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused the material was on back order so we had this delay . A refund was issued .Customer response
