              Transaction Date 7/17/23 Order Number:47535 Shipping to *************************** at ********************************************************* 1 of the 3 items we ordered was incorrect. It was supposed to be H115142-BO, a Kokopelli flag. We received a German/American flag instead. We would like to return this flag for a refund and have tried numerous times to contact this company: email, ******** messaging, on their ******** page, and also their phone number ************ which is constantly busy. No response whatsoever, and there have also been numerous complaints online about this company. Obviously there is no customer service whatsoever and no avenue to address a return and refund. Thank you.

              I ordered a flag holder back in April 2022. It was on back order and was supposed to be shipped in June!!! I still havent heard anything from the company! Ive sent several emails and no response!! Beware of doing business with this company! This explains why they have a D rating!!!
