      So I used this company to move my household from ********* to *******. I was given a quote telling me that the quote was for the entire household pick up, transfer and delivery. I signed and accept the quote and August 14 is when they picked up household. It is now Nov 15 and my household is being help by another moving company not Medal of Honor. How I know about this? When 3 weeks ago after making complaint to Medal of Honor that my household is still not delivered, I was told someone will contact me. Then here we are the guy name ****** reached out and he apologized about the delay. He said he will schedule the delivery and I informed him my availability is only weekends as I do work on the weekdays. He then said okay no worries, since its on us we will not charge you for rescheduling the delivery. And clearly I never scheduled it in the first place as they just reach out and asked me for availability. Agreed for Sunday, the truck came and driver didnt even introduce his name came out the truck and first thing he said we will not bring down your stuff until you pay me $3708 for delivery and reschedule fee. I didnt agree to the guy and I asked more questions what happened to all the payments I made. He then showed me a contract with a different company name. Made me scared and contacted Medal but they never answer my calls and the guy name ****** direct line. So since me and my kids been sleeping on the floor for months because they holding our stuff. I made payments to medal online with my costumer number for the amount of $3708. The guy then no you dont pay them you pay me. Then they refused to give my household stuff with clothes. Me and my kids have total 10 clothes we use since Aug of move. I contacted Medal and continue with the lie that someone been trying to contact me about delivery. And always making promises that they will reach out. But never did. I have all my text messages evidence about this matter and receipt. We still not get our belongings.

      I am writing this email to say how highly disappointed we are in this company. As a veteran you came highly recommended and I chose to go with you.However, in the short of things our contract was outsourced to another company. The people who came to pack up our house were a family with children assisting.I've never heard of having to know EVERYTHING that you have in your household to pack up. And if you added anything more it will cost you. But let's move on. When they arrived with the truck, it was already loaded and then they added our things. From our home they took our stuff to a warehouse in ******** as they awaited a truck to transport our things. Upon receiving our things and unpacking we noticed all of our ************* clothes were not here. All of our excess paper products out of our 2nd bedroom are missing..paper plates,toilet paper, plastic *************** We are now down to our final boxes and they are NO WHERE to be found. We trusted you all with our life belongings. I contacted All Saints Movers LLC to inquire about our things and they said they will investigate. I will be filing a police report to report our things stolen. NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND YOU NOR YOUR COMPANY. Your name is deceiving *****************************
