Received estimate to have trees trimmed, branches removed, property line cleaned up to sell -employee “Jacob” understood and confirmed job details. Crew came 2hours after dispatch advised they were en route - they were on property half hour and never completed the job contracted. They left the property in worse condition than prior to their arrival, equipment damaged lawn and dead branches more than 3 feet long were left on trees, trees and greenery along property line abutting wooded area was never cut, trimmed nor cleaned up, only one tall tree leaning over house was cut, and greenery on shed was left untouched. I contacted the company (phone and text) and sent pictures of the unfinished, sloppy job. I requested “Jacob” return to property to verify it was not completed as per his estimate. No one from the company returned my calls nor did Jacob contact me or make an appointment to return to property to inspect. Another landscape company verified the unsatisfactory incomplete job.Customer response
