            On 11/16/21 I was told in writing by the spas manager I would have 6 month to a year to utilize my accumulated massage packages. However, later that day I had a conversation with the owner, Zach, who told me that was untrue. I had 90 days as of 10/17/21 according to him. He would not back up his manager and agree to what she and I discussed via emails. On. 12/1/21 I was called by the owner and told I could not continue coming to his spa at all (as I had a scheduled one on Dec 3, 2021. I am only asking for my packages to be extended.

            Horrible and a waste of money! I spent over $200 for a facial and massage and added the "Foot massage" for an extra $15 that was trash my husband said, all she did was rub a hot stone on my foot which was not a massage! Then the girl at the front desk hits me with the membership deal and DID NOT explain to me that if I wanted to cancel I would have to pay and extra $80!!! WTF! The girl I spoke with said she did explain that to me because I called her out on it and she did not!!! Mind you I paid $50 to sign up! Straight scam I tell you! Then to add insult to injury I reached out to the over a week ago so I could cancel and of course no one contacts me back that I had to call in order to get the form that I needed to fill out to cancel as stated on their website! Don't go here there are a lot of other massage and facial spas out there!
