As a returning customer with **********************, I made a purchase on January 21, 2022, for a couple of items. I purchased the hair spritz, herbal oil, two applicator bottles, the protein treatment. When I received my package, I noticed that there were only two items in the box which was the herbal oil and one applicator bottle. On January 27, 2022, I contacted the company on their website to ask if the Protein, Spritz, and the applicator bottles were on backorder figuring that I may have overlooked it on the website. I received an email back the next day informing me that they have checked the shipment details for their warehouse and that all of my items were included in the shipment. They informed me that it was in a 10 x 8 x 6 box, and it weighed five pounds, I emailed them pictures of what I received in my order which was only the herbal oil and one applicator bottle and I preceeded to inform them that the box I received was a 10 x 3 x 6 box which I also emailed a picture of the box with the dimensions. I got the packing slip that was in the box, and I noticed that the name and address on the order was not mine but someone elses that lived in ********** in which I reside in Georgia, and I had received their order instead. I sent them another message on their website informing them that I had received someone elses order, I provided the name and address to them along with their order number and informed them I would email a copy of the packing slip to them so they can see that I actually received someone elses order and not my own. I have not heard from them since January 28, 2022, in reference to shipping out my additional items that were missing and I have not received any contact in reference to me receiving someone elses order after I had provided proof to them emailing the packing slip. I have tried contacting them on the phone and the number is a ****** Voice number in which I left a message for them to contact me back about my order. I spent almost $90.Customer response

I have finally received correspondence from the company yesterday evening and they stated that they would
send another shipment to me
