Orders with text only imprintwill go into production within 24 hours, if they do not receive any changerequests. If your order has a logo or artwork, they will require your promptapproval.
If there are any issues with your order their CustomerSatisfaction Guarantee will provide solutions that suit your needs.
If you are not satisfied with your order, they will offer areplacement or refund if the item is not imprinted as requested or isdefective, within 365 days of delivery.
Unfortunately, they cannot accept a return on any itembecause of a change of mind regarding product style, color and imprint layout.
