      I receive daily phone calls to my cell phone advertising. I ordered a set of pens 3 years ago. I have asked to be placed on do not call multiple times and each time they say they will and have no record of calling or registering my do not call and still call. Today the called and immediately hung up when I answered. It was simply a harassment. They called me at night daytime and other assorted times of the day.

      I ordered notebooks as gifts for my team at work early last year. I remember indicating PayPal for payment. I am not a business, I pay for everything as I go. The books never came, after a month or two called and they said their systems were down. I reinitiated the order. The books came without the pens they were supposed to have, sloppily printed, and too late for the occasion I wanted most of them for. I thought I had paid at the time. I heard nothing further about it until I just got a collections letter from the company! No invoice/bill, email, no printed letter, nothing. This company is a mess and could damage people's credit due to their own incompetence.

      I went to Myron website to inquire about the cost of purchasing some promotional items with my business name printed on them to give out to some of our customers. I received an estimate from them and decided to continue shopping around. couple weeks later this i received a package from myron with promotional ink pens and a bill. I contacted them about this and they are not willing to accept the item back and told me i ordered the item which i absolutely did not! I was told the bill we be processed with a collections department and the bill would go against my business. It seems as they are praying on the fact most businesses will just pay them to avoid the hassle of fighting the charge being that it is a smaller amount but the principle of it is enough for me.

      I placed an order with Myron for pens for my ministry. After 4 weeks I call to check the status they said they were having computer problems and would start on my order in a few weeks. I canceled my order. That same week my card got compromised and I called the bank and they investigated. And removed all charges, except my Myron order b/c I told them it was legit. I had to get a new card. About 3 weeks later Myron **************** called and said my card number was invalid. I think my card was compromised by a hack on their systems. Well they agreed to send a check. Been over month and still no check. They are stalling. So now I feel wronged 2X Please help...

      After 5 calls & 2 emails of requesting the company not solicit me by mail they don't stop. I've been requesting for months and they will not stop mailing me.
