    Unfortunately, the lack of customer service and professionalism at ********************** especially from the owner ******* who inherited the business from her parents is indescribable. She is so condescending and rude that I want to share several email responses from ******* who is also the customer service representative about a concern we had with our gate not being level. We asked if someone could come out to the home to look at the gate and discuss our options to correct it? She responded in an email which is the only way she will communicate with you and never over the phone. I cannot help to wonder why this was not discussed as it is always a huge confusion to a customer that cannot seem to understand if your ground slopes you only have 2 options and that is either follow the contour of your ground and then the top of fence will NOT be level OR you can keep the top level and then you will have spaces under the fence. That is ***** , your ground is uneven and so the gate is uneven, this is the only way the gate would open.- Take Notice of the tone and Capitalization in her response. Not professional or necessary. I responded with an apology we were excited that it was completed and guess we did not notice it at the time. However we would really appreciate a follow up visit. Her response Unfortunately we will not be able to come out for at least 2 weeks. There is really nothing to discuss as you were explained your options.I responded, 2 weeks is fine just let me know a day and time. So 3 weeks had past and I sent an email reminding ******* about our situation.Maureens response We are well aware of the time that had passed.We would not have to come back if you and your wife discussed this with our men from the start instead you told us something else.I responded again I understand but as a paying customer I would like someone to come out to see it for themselves and discuss in person. Her response Covid has ran through our office and we are unable to return until further notice.Our employees lives are much more important. We thank you for your patience snd understanding at this time.I responded I completely agree we are in no rush just let me know a day that works. Finally they did send someone out who tried to level it but was not successful. I told them I was still unsatisfied with the work. He stepped away and came back on the phone with no other than ******* who was just as rude as her emails telling me there is nothing else the can do and any changes to the work I would be charged for time and materials regardless. At that time 2 months had passed and I was completely over it and told them to please leave my property and I will handle it another way. In closing, my advice is do not use Alenco unless you want the runaround, like being spoken to like a child and never get what you paid for. Thanks for listening
