I had to ************* because they refused to even come back out to look at the complaints I had about flashing around my chimney and uneven shingles. They didnt even have the proper cap for my heater vent and cut it off without having a replacement. I just asked for them to come out and review my concerns but **** refused. I had a full kitchen and two bathrooms completely renovated. After a couple of years everything starting to fall apart. Floor became uneven, bathroom fixtures broke off, shower tile has to be replaced, shower leaks, microwave not hooked up properly, all grout and sealants have to be replaced. I have to get my bathroom tile work completely redone. I did not reach out because I did not need to hear excusesReview from Das D

Last summer I hired ARP Rennovation to replace my house roof. The total cost was much higher than other companies quote. But the price is not my complain. My complain is that they left a small hole on the roof which I discovered at the begining of this year. I contacted ****** via phone, text, email about this hole and to fix it. I have probably sent more than 10 text messages, many emails and phone calls. At the begining he was trying to play games with me and acted like he does not take any responsiobilities. Then he agreed to come over after the summer. Now (this is October) he seems to be not responding to my text, and emails. Very disappointing that after spending much higher amount of money to this service, they do not do the job properly, leave the house in dangerous condition. This company should be avoided at any cost. Please do not do business with this irresponsible company who has no business ethics. They are just after the money. somehow complete the job and take no responsibility, and no warranty of their work. Please, please, please, do yourshelf a favor, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this FRAUD company.
