When I received the flier that Kleen Seal put up and took down Christmas lights, I thought it was something I might try. Well, it was my most festive Christmas ever! It was amazing that it gave me more joy than I ever thought would happen. I was able to choose from many colors and patterns. The Kleen Seal team was very professional when they came and placed the lights perfectly straight on my home. There was no damage done to my home since everything was clipped on securely.And the fact that I knew they were coming back in January to take them down made it even an easier decision to make!I received many compliments and instantly recommended Klean Seal. I hope those that inquired will do the same thing for their homes next year for Christmas.I also have secured many of the other services that ***** from Kleen Seal has to offer. my driveway was covered with a "skimpy" coat on 10-21-21. a few days later, ants were excavating the ground from under the middle of the driveway up through unfilled cracks. the company owner agreed to redo the job in the spring as the temperature warms up. however, a lady's voice on the company's phone displayed a combative attitude.

On Wed, Oct 27, 2021, 8:29 PM a webform was submitted to us through our website saying generally the same thing as the comment above. At 9am on Thursday 10/28/2021 I (the owner) was standing in *****s driveway and speaking to his wife as ***** would not come to the door. I explained to Her that the problem that they are seeing is caused by someone putting the sealer on too thick in the past and She insisted that her husband did it correctly. I told Mrs. ***** that I would come back at a later time next week when her husband felt like he could come out. After leaving, I sent a reply email to the email address that submitted the Concern and attached 3 articles on why THICK Sealer is bad and the proper way is a thin coat that does not change the texture.After getting this "review" I called ***** to ask why he would leave me a bad review when I ran out within 12 hours and told his wife I would reseal it in the spring if that was what he wanted. I ran out the next morning to see what the issue was because I care when a customer is not happy. He was telling me how it was done incorrectly. I explained to him that his second coat in the spring would be the same "Thickness" as the first coat and AGAIN THICK IS BAD and based on his reaction to that, I decided that I would Give him a second option of giving him his money back so he could hire someone who would do it properly (To his definition). He was talking over me and telling me how to do the job correctly. I calmly said that I could give him a 2nd coat in the spring when the temperature was favorable or I could hive him his money back and then he could hire someone else. He then went off on a tangent saying he didn't want anything, to not bother him, he didn't want it back or redone in the spring. He hung up.
