            I would not go through this realty since the agent did not do her due diligence in doing background check when I had retained her to list my place for rent. The agent didnt even collect the tenants SS#! I was stuck with this bad tenant for almost 2 years and only received rent for the first 4 months. Agent is to blame for not doing her job! I paid money to realtor to do the job they are suppose to do yet they failed in doing so I ended up with a bad tenant causing financial loss and a nightmare of a mess to get rid off!!

            This customer does not seem to be our client at all. The review did not provide a property address. Nor did the customer provide a realtor name who worked with him on the rental. We are a flat fee lister, all of our listings are sold or rented by realtors that are not even from realmart. So this complaint does not apply to **.

            I am your client and your company did not do your due diligence in finding me tenant for my property. Your staff does not know what they are doing and I am paying the price for their negligence. I called your office to speak with the person in charge to further investigate this matter and what do you do. You have the same agent calling me who I have issue with. Do you know what you and your organization are doing??
