In 2018 we build the new house. Air Management Company installed two York units at our property. As soon as we moved to the house one of the units braked. The company replaced it back then. During the past 5 years we have contact the company almost every year with some air conditioning issues. sometimes they resolve the problem, sometimes never return our calls back.About the week ago one of the units broke again. We paid from our pocket to some local service to come and find the issue. They told us what happened. We were trying to order the broken part from the ************ directly, but we were declined since both of our units are NOT registered as installed at our property. One of the units is not registered at all and other registered somewhere in *********, **.************************ must register units at the property they are installed. That's why we never couldn't use our warranty. We've been scammed by the company!I did try to reach the Air Management a number of times, but it's impossible to do. They have some kind of answering service and only take messages. No one returning calls back. I have a proof of calling (can do screen shots with date and time).It's over 90 degrees outside and we have three kids at home and no air conditioner.We need help! I want this company to change those always braking units to the new ones. To do it properly, registered and warranty!We spend so much money during those 5 years for repairs with others since units are not registered and this is not our job to call York (they anyway refuse to answer) and register the units. Please, help!
