i feel that nowhere they mention on their website that it is a annual membership.during sign up as a part of the multiple forms u complete there is a tiny checkbox which can be considered as the T&C u are accepting.i feel this is done to deceive customers and get them into a contractInitial Complaint

My name is ***************** My phone number to reach me out ************ Email: ******************** I have a membership with Urban air since March 2023. however, I chose ************** branch in Mil-town because I live in E. Brunswick but for some reason online system of Urban air replaced ********** to ********!!!!! When I went to the branch and explained the issue they know and asked them to fix the issue from ******** to ** and they promised to and let me in since March I assumed they did fix the issue but today there was a very very insolent/rude manager his name is **** said I have to buy a ticket and I said no because I have a membership and after 30 minutes talking my husband was with me *** husband get involve and raised his tone a little bit because the employee's name **** raised his tone cursing my husband and kicked us out and insulted us in front of my 3 kids!!!!Is that acceptable!Does Urban air hire professional employees respect customers or rude employees who don't know how to treat customers I think there are security cameras and if it takes me to hire an attorney to get my rights I will go for it no matter will cost me of money and time because what happened to my husband and I in front of our 3 kids is insolence from an insolent employee Look forward to hearing from you Sincerely,*****************Initial Complaint

I have been trying to cancel my membership for a year now. There is no way to contact customer service by phone at all. I tried cancelling my membership online and there has been no results. It has been way more than 12 months so I should still not be locked by contract. This is absolutely ridiculous I was a cancellation AND a refund NOW PLEASE.
