      Ive been trying to get a hold of this company and the support services and they have not contacted me within the time that they said they would. I am trying to get access to my account and it will not give me access because I used a two factor authentication. There should be other options to get into my account. Theyre asking for my ID they should be other identity options.No one has contacted me at all and there is no other options to contacting support which there should or a business number.

      It is just impossible to contact this firm. They supplied, eventually, three frames some 5 weeks after they were ordered. The frames were sold under their previous name of "Frames by Mail". The frames are rather poorly finished. I have been trying to contact the firm to discuss this but they do not answer the phone, ever.

      On 1/11/22, I placed an order (#FA0945141) in the amount of $464.23 for a framed *****" x *****" *************************** print entitled "Painted Black Bear" which I received in an undamaged box several weeks later and stored, unopened, in a room in my home. When I opened it on 5/11/22 to mount it, I discovered that the frame had been incorrectly assembled, and had separations in two of the four corners of the frame. Additionally the paper backing had been mounted incorrectly and was wrinkled and loose. I immediately contacted the company to have the item repaired, but was told that because it had been more than 30 days since I made the purchase, I would be responsible for the more than $100 to repackage and return the item to the shipper. This was a defective item, sold as new for the contracted amount of $464.23. It is not the consumer's responsibility to pay for repairs of a defective item sold as non-defective.

      I puchased a framed piece of art on 3/24/22 in the amount of $251.88.When purchasing from their web site I was asked to select the type ACRYLLIC ( they dont use glass, which is acceptable) I wanted. TWO options are made available. 1) plain acryllic. 2) NON-GLARE acryllic for an additional charge. i made this choice/The web page made NO reference if one purchases the NON-GLARE acryllic, it would have a CLOUDY look, DISTORT the viewing of the piece. i received the piece and was agast . ( when i called voicing my displeaser,)I spoke with customer sevice representative ( ******* ) and she acknowledged this is the effect when purchasing this type acryllic and they do NOT have anything on the web page informing the buying public. ******* also stated they have had numerous issues with this and are working with their web host to add a DISCAIMER message, buyer beware but, continue to knowingly sell this way.I was issued a RMA return authorization number ( ******* ). It was suggested by ******* returning the picture using **** is the most cost effective way to retrurn.I went to the **** on 4-6-22 and I was told the cost is $170.60. to say i was floored when **** quoted this price,would be a gross understatement. I nonetheless sent it based on their recomendation. as an aside, i was told if the product is defective, they would pay my shipping. (*******)On 4-7-22 I called and voiced my concern and I was told upon speaking with her "manager" he would refund $21.99 shipping cost not the full $170.60.I asked to speak to this manager, YU'JIN. he was combative, rude , and called me an idiot for sending it back at this cost. in fact he said the **** was knowingly gauging me and it was MY fault I followed their instructions and hung up on me.*****************

      Oculus offered a $60 game credit if you purchased an oculus over the holiday season. I purchased two oculuses for family members. When I reached out to Oculus they said the could offer only $30 credit. I showed them the receipt for both and the advertisment about $60. It has been four months and I'm still awaiting the credit. Please advise how to proceed.
