I'm requesting data deletion due to a security concern.My personal information needs to be deleted because of gang stalking activity of exposing. I have an issue with my senior neighbor making money using me illegally on CRM platform without meeting terms and conditions.Initial Complaint

Contacted the company to return my order. ( I placed the order 8/30/2022, contacted them for return multiples times first and second week of September 2022-well within the return period) I first tried to use their online chat portal and wrote about my desire to return my order through email (as it was after business hours) unsuccessfully. No one bothered returning my email. Next, I tried calling the number on their site. That number was perpetually experiencing "technical difficulties" and never answered. I return back to the online chat (during their business hours) and was told that I HAVE to call their number. When I informed the representative that their number was not working, the representative said that she will have someone call me. Ok, after waiting and having no one reach out to me, I then tried to call the customer service number again. Finally, this time it went thorough, but I was told that they still would be unable to process my return unless another person spoke to me about my experience with their product and give me beauty advice...? I was also notified that this person would be calling me "within the hour" What a shock it was that no one called me back. On their website, the return policy very clearly states that returns can be made within 30 days for any reason. Currently, based on my experience Dermablend is trying their best to make sure that I will be unable to make my return within 30 days by being unavailable throwing ridiculous amounts of additional steps not stated on their site, and by dragging out the overall process.
