My husband paid $125 for me to do a 10 week challenge with The Max, unfortunately before I was able to start (I also NEVER signed a contract in 2024) I was told by my doctor that due to my elevated heart rate and blood pressure that I was unable to do any activities or exercise that would further elevate my rates which would put me at risk for stroke or sudden death. We have since tried requesting a refund as I did not participate in any classes but the Max claims that they do not do refunds even though they have a money back guarantee on their website for those who do the entire 10 weeks and are not satisfied with their results which is unfair and aggravating. I have my bank also looking into this since I did not receive any goods or services they are investigating but this has been going on for far too long now and I would like the money to be refunded.
