      I had two bad experiences lately with Guaranteed Service. (1) My bathroom faucet was dripping so I called this company to take a look. The tech arrived and decided it's a mess behind the wall and gave me an estimate of $2600+ for the work. I sent him away and called other vendor for help. They sent a guy over and spent 20 minutes to replace the parts and charged me $280. What a shame to Guaranteed Service. (2) One day my heating stopped working. Since it's freezing cold, I called the original installing company (which was purchased by Guaranteed Service but I was not aware of this). Tech stopped by and said it's in very bad condition and need to replace with a new unit. Then they gave me a $$$ estimate. (Sounds familiar??) It's cold so I don't want to call another vendor so I bite the bill. Tech stopped by and installed a new unit, and took away something in the package that belongs to me. I called them a few times and wanted it back. No response from anyone. This sounds like a thief to me. I will never use them again. PS.I don't understand why they has A+ rating in BBB website. Totally wrong.

      HORRIBLE and DECEIVING COMPANY! In the summer of 2020, a New Unit and New piping was to be replaced. Pipes never replaced. *****, a serious leak occurred on the laundry room ceiling causing damage. -A technician from Guaranteed came and cut a hole in the sheetrock ceiling replacing only A PIECE of the old pipe where it was leaking. -He left A HOLE in the ceiling. I spoke with someone at the office who stated that someone would be sent to fix the hole. -They NEVER sent someone to fix the hole. No matter how many times I called. -I had to fix the hole. -Now, two years later, July 2024, an even more serious leak occurred DUE TO THE ** PIPE they did not replace in 2020 ONCE AGAIN. -This time causing damage to the bathrooms with flooding behind the walls. One bathroom vanity was saturated underneath, and had to be thrown away.-****, Field Supervisor for Guanranteed Service was there when Am. Leaking CNJ inspected, and found the leak was from the ** unit pipe that was never replaced when putting in the new unit in 2020.- Guaranteed Service stated that a tech person would come and replace the pipes with new ones. Unfortunately, that was Not the case. The tech person, once again, ONLY REPL**ED a piece of the pipe and dabbed purple adhesive. THERE ARE HOLES STILL IN MY WALLS that ***** and ******* stated **** would attend to handling this. -At the same time, Guaranteed Service Co sent to my home a *************** Dry to check and discuss the drying process. After more than 10+ calls to discuss reimbursement for the process the reparation company they sent to dry up all the flooding - which took 4 days. The Managers *** and ***** stated a flat out, "Unfortunately, we will not be reimbursing you." -Now I have to seek an attorney and will report them to the Better Business Bureau. They DO NOT HONOR AND HOLD UP TO THEIR COMPANY NAME. Report them to the Better Business Bureau. This company will have a file for everyone to see.

      Horrible and dishonest business which only tries to scare you and charge you exorbitant prices for things you don't need. Charged me 95 dollars for someone to come in and lie to me about cracks in HVAC system, quoted 1400 dollars for 10 lbs refrigerant and really wanted me to buy a new system. The only real issue was a 10 dollar capacitor. Compete scam of a company.

      I have a technician come out to my home he looked at the unit said it needed replacing as it was 30nyears old I told him I will think about it , He was rude said :" you wasted my time" other people need help ,, He took my ***** for a service call and left Will never recommend them all he wanted was to make a large profit by selling me a AC unit I will port my complaints on other sites ... steer clear of this business

      They first charge you $52 to come out for 5 minutes to come out to give you an estimate which is the only company I called that does this. Then after five minutes they said it would cost me over $700 to JUST replace three fixtures NOT rewire my house. And I already bought the fixtures. I can't imagine how much it would have cost if they had to buy the fixtures. For three fixtures I paid less then $70 and they wanted $700 to replace them which only takes less then an hour, BOY is that some rip off pricing. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. They want to be a millionaire overnight off the back of HARD working people.

      Charged me $52 to tell me it was going to cost $329 to find out how much it would cost to fix a bad GFI outlet not to mention they cancelled me twice in one day and the next day came at the last minute they love to keep you waiting.. sorry I wont be using guaranteed service, they do guarantee high prices though.

      I am so displeased with Guaranteed Service. I had a burst pipe at the beginning of the year and new piping as well as valves were put in. I went to drain the spigot that the valve was supposed to operate and the valve turns off the water supply to the whole house now. When I had a technician come out to look he noticed the same thing. He told me it was going to cost $850 to put the valve in the right spot. They are trying to charge me for their mistake! I spoke to a supervisor who then told me they could take $200 off and that was the "best" they could do. I was not satisfied with this answer as I shouldn't be paying for a mistake that their technician made! I was told that I would receive a call from a supervisor today at 9:30am and nobody called. I called again to speak to a supervisor and still have not heard back. Guaranteed Service does not guarantee a thing other than making their customers pay for their mistakes with terrible customer **********************.

      This company charged $470.00 to replace a circuit breaker. Never again. They spend time trying to get you to spend more money. I do not recommend them.

      ***********************, Service Technician came today to check out our heating systems. I found him very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very efficient and gave us information on our heating units future problems, time to think about and discuss.

      They charged me $500 to simply snake my kitchen sink after they had just reinstalled that sink with new piping a couple of weeks ago! That snaking I understand should have been done when the reinstalled the sink. I was told by them that that was a separate job. It led the another leak under the sink stemming from a clog that they could have snaked out. Guarantee Services knows how to generate lots of money from us unsuspecting customers!
