      Dear Giorgio Armani Beauty **************** Team,I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent purchase with order number GAB_78819170. I chose to buy directly from your esteemed brand because of the unique service you offer to personalize products. I was particularly excited about having my name engraved on the Profondo EDP, product number 3614272865228.Unfortunately, when I received my order, the perfume bottle was not engraved with my name as expected. Additionally, the 10% discount coupon that I tried to apply at checkout did not work. These issues have marred what would have otherwise been a delightful shopping experience.I have always held Giorgio Armani Beauty in high regard and have been a loyal customer because of your commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Hence, I am saddened by this oversight and the inconvenience it has caused.I kindly request that you address these issues at your earliest convenience. I am hopeful for a resolution that reflects the high standards of your brand, such as reissuing the engraved perfume and honoring the discount.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

      Ok I ordered perfume on there website didnt receive it sent an email to them they replied with an email saying they will start investigating fine. When I call them to see the results they tell me its gonna take 10 -14 days but Im still paying for something I dont have . Also I dont get a response when I email them to find out the outcome.

      I ordered a $300 skin care product which arrived damaged. I first contacted their customer service telling them all I wanted was a prepaid return label cause it would have made no sense that i have to pay for the shipping fee when the item came defected at the first place. After the argument, they said they will send me a prepaid label just for kindness??? He told me to wait couple days. so i waited but nothing was send. I contacted them again, this time agent told me the request of prepaid label was cancelled because they only offer free return for foundation...whereas i ordered the skin care product therefore i don't get the free return regardless the condition of the product I received...This is ridiculous, so i had to argue with their agent again. This time, they told me they will request for a refund due to the damaged item was received and told me to wait 3-5 business days. I waited and again, nothing comes. Contacted them the third time ( I am so tired of this...), got hung up when the agent told to me kindly wait for him to take a look at my order...reconnected with them, the same guy...told me he had resubmitted a request and told me to waiting another 3-5 business days, like tbh, I don't understand what's taking them so long... i am just getting tired of these processes that I had to kept coming back for this ****...contacted again, they told me to keep waiting for 1-2 business days that someone will call me... but again they lied...now they dont even reply to my email...

      I ordered the crma Nuda arrived on Nov 18, it caused breakouts and I wanted to return the product but just can never reach any human being in the customer service countless phone call on hold and ended up being hung up , or live chat that never pointed to any real person that can talk about the return. They said in FAQs to make return sounds so easy but in reality its just impossible to return anything without getting hold of someone to give a return label. Its now approaching the 30days limit in a week I guess thats just how the business is trying to sell expensive product but make sure you cant return anything for any reason.

      I ordered from them on September 14th 2021 and my order was canceled because of a billing issue which makes no sense because all my billing information was correct. This item was a gift for my friend and now the money is on hold for 30 days because they canceled the order and I can't reorder it. The agents I spoke to on the phone acted like they couldn't hear me and said I can't speak to a supervisor. This company has by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced and the worst billing process as well. I would like this item sent to me as compensation for this horrible experience so at least I can have a gift for my friend since my money is on hold because this company canceled the order.
