I have ordered dozens of packages of adult diapers from this vendor.I was on auto order and the last sets were manufactured by a new facility (in ***** now).The new ones, labeled with the same name/details as the ones we purchased previously were a completely different fit/size - far smaller than the ones labeled the same in the past (they are called Direct Dry Ultimate and Super Overnight)I asked to return them and they claim a month was too long to return! I order 1-2 months supplies of them, so I didnt even try them on my wife for 3 weeks!The fact that they sold us a product that COMPLETELY changed size is inexcusable in itself - they have no quality control.But they fact they want to steel $150 from me vs fix their error is horrible business practice.All they had to do was admit their error in ever shipping this junk without telling me it was made too small!Instead they want short term money vs maintaining customersBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because:THEY RESOLVED NOTHING!!
They never refunded my money and have STOLEN around $150 from me, as I am stuck with adult diapers their employee insisted were the same size as previous ones I ordered, but their new manufacturer made them FAR too small. They will NOT take them back even though it is THEIR production issue. They have wasted $1000 of my time over this. It is disgusting they are so uncaring about customers that stealing $150 is more important than maintaining a long term customer.

Firstly, Parentgiving has not "stolen" anything. In December, you requested the return of products from an order in October. Per our return policy, which is clearly stated on our website, returnable items are accepted for return within 30 days of purchase. Therefore, it was too late for the return of the products. In the interim, you placed an online order for a different product from the Dry Direct range, but still in size small. This product, as you have found is differently cut and a different fit. This was explained to you, and, in order to illustrate the difference, you were sent a free-of-charge pack of the product in size medium. On 12/29/22 you spoke to a customer service representative and requested that your account be closed. This was done, and there are no matters outstanding at this time.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
This is a blatant lie!They would not take back an entire case of their incorrectly produced product, and only offered to allow me to return 1/4 of the ones I bought!
this Is GARBAGE product as it was manufactured incorrectly sized and they even admitted it !!
I am stuck with a case of junk because these thieves want their little bit of money vs. a long term customer we would have been if they assessed their production mistake !!!
I could not return it any faster as I had ordered enough for a few months and only found out they had made this junk that doesnt fit after they claimed the date was past!!!!

Ordered a scooter from parent giving site, they charged my credit card over $2000.00 but never delivered the scooter. I have contacted them last month and was told the scooter was shipped on a Friday by ***** but it has not arrived and ***** apparently never received/picked up the scooter for delivery. I want immediate delivery (within 48 hrs) from today Sep 11 2021. I am disabled with ***** bifida, retired DoD Civ. My previous scooter was damaged and I'm trapped in my home because I don't have mobility without my scooter. This site (parent giving) appears to be a scam pretending to be parents/caregivers but they're just thieves.Business response

The customer has been kept in the loop during every step of the order process. Large items, such as scooters, are shipped directly from manufacturers, and do not ship immediately. The customer was advised that the ESTIMATED shipping date for her scooter was 09/10/21. We are currently awaiting an update from the manufacturer regarding the actual shipment date, which is imminent. This customer has purchased from us on multiple occasions, and we resent the libelous remarks that we are running a scam and are thieves. We have a long and solid reputation for high quality service.
