I planned to attend the Medical Esthetic course at The Rizzieri Spa with a start date of April 2020. Since the closure the course was pushed back to the summer. At that time CDC guidelines still highly recommend masks to be worn and to not touch our face. This course was all about learning skin care treatments on the face working closing to one another due to the type of work. I declined this program start due to safety concerns and the still high number of cases. I requested a refund for my deposit of $1,000 which was denied because I have signed a contract. No where does a worldwide pandemic fall in the contact and I should not be held responsible for the charge. I have reached out many times and I have not been responded to.
