I ordered a coat for $218.80 and paid for 2 day shipping. I never received a coat and it has been almost a month. When contacting them several times I have been refunded the shipping but they refuse to refund the coat and say its coming from a vendor, so they cant tell me when it is arriving or refund it.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on Tuesday and paid extra for 2 day shipping. The customer service representative also said after my order was confirmed she would add the 15%off new customer code and refund my cc the 15%. I have left 3 emails with no response and have called customer service every day since inquiring why my order hasnt been shipped out. The call centers are located outside the **** they are unable to contact the warehouse in ** via phone. They sent emails to the warehouse. the answer they received why my order was late is the warehouses are very busy and behind. They are unable to tell me when my order will be shipped out. They said there is noone to talk to in ***************** and that this happens all the time I will just have to wait.Initial Complaint

- had merchandise credit of around $100 from several returns about 2.5 years ago.- have the physical cards with amounts written on them. No longer have the receipts from the returns - their system has changed or something because they no longer have the information for the gift cards I possess/don't recognize them as valid numbers and I no longer have a local store to go to remediate this/try processing the gift cards in person - the merchandise credit does not say that it loses value, or that it may expire at a certain point. There is also no indication that a receipt must be kept to prove that they are valid. If the business changed systems, they should have kept the necessary information to process previously purchased gift cards or merchandise credit cards. - I called their customer service and was told they would not be honored without physical pictures of the cards (which I can provide) and receipts showing proof of purchase and/or from the return that issued them. I was told my issue would not be escalated without the receipts.- I would like my gift cards to be honored for a purchase/a new gift card to be issuedInitial Complaint

I called to initiate a return for an item that was the wrong size. I was told I couldn't do an exchange; I would have to purchase the correct item and then initiate a return for the wrong one. When I received the new item, I waited a few weeks to complete the return because I had initiated the return within the 30-day return policy, and when I called to inform them I was happy with the replacement and finalize the transaction, I was told it was outside the 30-day return policy window, even thought my initial call to request the return was made on August 22 and I was never informed by their support team they didn't consider that to be within the 30-day window unless the return was completed within that time frame. This entire time I was under the belief that I had addressed the problem within the 30-day policy, but I was just waiting for them to replace my item with the correct one.
