I Got a mortgage loan from ARC Home, LLC in June, 10 2022. Since June I have been calling almost everyday to know how to make a payment I call they get my information and then say I will pass this information to a manager to give you a call I never get a call back it's been like that for a month I called again today i spoke to the rudest **************** person I told explained the situation to him I was told a manager will give me a call AGAIN I told him I've been hearing the same thing over and over again and never get a call back this is not how to do business this is the worst customer service I ever dealt with He was like "YUP"!!!!. I'm not calling again and I have record of all my phone calls Because if I haven't received an info on how to make a payment by the due date I'm suing this company.Business response

We apologize for the consumer's frustration and have confirmed with **********, the subservicer currently servicing the consumer's loan that the consumer spoke with representatives from ********** on or about July 28, 2022. During that call, ********** provided the consumer with information about establishing an online account and corrected his mailing in **********'s systems. We believe that the consumer's concerns were fully addressed during the call with **********.
If the consumer can or is willing to provide additional information regarding any contact the consumer may have had with Arc representatives, we will continue our review of the matter.
