We were cleared to close on a Tuesday and on Wednesday this company increased the interest by almost 3% and told us they were requiring an extra 10% down-payment. Unbelievable! Do not use this company!Review from Tina P

My new mortgage ended up with ARC Home LLC when it was sold last year and I had absolutely no choice of who the mortgage was sold to. Even though I have been in a pandemic forbearance, their practices are flat out predatory lending that only serve to make the situation extremely worse for the consumer. Stay away from them at all costs!

I started a process with this company to buy my dream home, after being pre approval I got the house and I followed and send all the documentation they requested. I was approved, they took so long to approved me even after I sent everything they need. We got the house, the appraisal and everything, then decided to do a new appraisal of the house and they said it was less the worth of the house, they wanted me to pay more which I couldnt because we had a deal before with closing and downpayment amount. They continue messing with my case that the seller decided to terminated my contract y after 4 times trying to get closing papers from this company. I decided not continue with their game and we terminated because of this situation I lost my ******* money and the appraisal fee I had to pay because they requested and then they goy a new one. Its being traumatic and humiliated trying to work with this company my realtor and I trying to contact with them and never answer their emails or phone with someone who was willing to help. They didnt care about the situation, after I decided to terminated they continue sending new quotes. I am pregnant and I was happy to buy this house I have everything they requested and the money they told me to pay but then they change everything. Its been stressful for me and my family which we were ready to move and still hurt they didnt care about nothing.Review from Beth M

My husband and I completed two refinances (primary home and an Investment property) in September of 2021. The level of communication through the Excellence program was world class. The Loan Officer was responsive and listened to our needs. We would definitely use them again!Review from Nadine H

It is impossible to get in touch with a real person here. I scheduled a call yesterday and they cancelled without any reason. I rescheduled for today and they never called me. Their phone tree is a maze and I can't actually get ahold of a real person. I want to refinance so they no longer hold my loan.Arc Home LLC Response

Arc Home apologizes for the difficulty the reviewed experienced with respect to scheduling an appointment with one of our licensed loan officers. After receiving this review on Saturday, October 16, 2021, Arc Home's sales manager successfully contacted the reviewer on the next business day to address the matter more fully. Arc Home management has reviewed emails between its sales manager and the reviewer and now believes that the reviewer received the information they were looking for.
