    I had to turn my phone in as part of a trade. I went to this location since nothing on the outside of the building says they are a 3rd party retailer, it only says ******** I went inside and the employee inspected my phone. He then sent me a message so he could get access to my account. After doing some things on the computer and going over my plan he said I was good to go and would receive an email. I left and hours later I received a text from someone at the store saying the employee made a mistake and they could not accept my phone unless I purchased from them because they are a 3rd party authorized retailer and I would have to come pick it up. No apology or anything. I asked what else could be done to save me another trip out and he said theres nothing they could do. Still no apologies. I called corporate who contacted the store manager, who was the person texting me. He lied to corporate and told them the employee thought my phone was part of a trade in done in store so they wouldnt do anything for me. Corporate advised I speak with the manager directly so I texted him again. Instead of an apology the manager admitted to lying to corporate and stated You have to come pick up your phone, man I don't want you to not get your credits for your trade. I ended up going in the next day to get my phone and they handed me a phone wrapped in a paper. Luckily, I opened the phone before leaving because it wasnt my phone. Instead, it was a way older and completely shattered phone. I filled out a request to speak to a higher manager, but havent received any communication. Super deceptive business practices and terrible customer service.
