We bought a front door set from this company and it has broken several times. The screen door is not functional because the window locking mechanism is broken and it came that way. The door k*** fell off twice in the last few months. the second time the entire unit came off the door. We have contacted them multiple times in the last 6 mos about the issues and it has taken them weeks to get back to us. When the door k*** unit fell off in the last incident we could not use our front door for several days. When they finally came to "repair" it, the door k*** lock was broken and they said they needed to get the part, that was 3 weeks ago and it is still broken and remains unfixed with no follow-up from the company. My husband calls and emails almost daily with no response. At this point we don't even want the doors. I am prepared to have another company come in and evaluate the situation and then bring the issue to court. Terrible customer service.
