            Damage Property: 2020 CLA 250 ************* Date of Total Loss: 09/6/23 On September 6, 2023 at 8:30am I (*****************************) dropped off my 2020 CLA 250 ************* at Mercedes-Benz of Morristown ****************** *********************************Morristown, ** to fix my car microphone. I was charged $200 for the service after warranty on that date and during pick up (4:30pm) an employee at the service department was bringing my car around when it collided with ************* vehicle van. My car was deemed as a totaled loss.The damages were to the whole front of my car and the airbags on the driver side and passenger side deployed. My car been totaled loss for 4 months and still I haven't been compensated for my vehicle along with paying my car note and car insurance for a car that's no longer in my possession.Also without being reimburse for the day of service, didn't even get a chance to set foot in the car.I'm beyond stressed and devastated that this incident happened to me. On top of that the owner *********************** didn't properly handle this situation was rude and careless.             I'm a recent new ****** of a ******** **** SUV, I have had several other vehicle brands prior. Unfortunately I had a horrible situation with a different MBUSA authorized dealership. So I found ******** of Morristown by the positive reviews, as I was seeking a more in-depth understanding of a vehicle issue. I will say thus far it has been a *********** POSITIVE experience from where I leased my vehicle from! The service advisor I met with named ********, has been so gracious, respectful and most importantly helpful! I will continue to use this location during my current lease time, and hopefully there after if I want to lease another MB. I like that there is an authorized auto body on-sight, the process to getting an appointment thus far has been seamless and I have been treated with respect and commomn courtesy! I appreciate it more than I can express!
