Ive been here for 5 years. My apparent has been flooded over four times, none of it my fault. The ac unit, the toilet, the sink and dishwasher, and now finally the clothes washer- which I havent been able to use for over three months now. The amount of water damage and mold in the utility closet and vents from the ** are making me sick all the time. My concerns go unheard and they simply paint over mold. The pipes are over 59 years old rusting and rotting with holes so dirt comes up through the sink and washer machine. My apartment isnt the only one affected by this, Ive talked to the neighbors and maintenance. Im told I have to stay at a hotel for days so they can dig underground through my apartment to most likely out a bandaid in the issue as usual. I have a dog and newborn baby and this is ridiculous to ask of me when its not my fault or problem. I have requested to be placed in another unit but have yet to get a response. I was told I have days to packs up my dinning room and kitchen so they can do this while Im still recovering from and unplanned emergency c-section as I care for a newborn. There is no compassion or empathy. This is a business that is heartless. Avoid it at all cost.

********************** complains about conditions and age of the property. Whenever a work order was issued, maintenance did attend to her requests. A new washer/dryer was installed on January 19, 2023. When ********************** was running the equipment, the drain backed up. Maintenance attempted to clear the drain and when they were not able to, the plumbers were called to work on the issue. During this process, it was found that there was a problem with the line under the slab. We offered to put ********************** in a hotel but she refused that option, stating she did not want to pack her kitchen and dining room. She insisted on being offered a new apartment to move to. We then moved her to another apartment which was a renovated, larger apartment. The price of the new apartment was $1,685 and her previous rent was $1,190. We gave her a rent credit for the difference in rent until the end of her current lease agreement (June 5, 2023).
