Friends Home has a service contract with Heritage to service our copiers, printers and multi-use machines. This has been in place since 2019. On or about March 16, 2022, the multi-use machine in our skilled nursing facility needed service, it was not working. A tech from Heritage came out, said a part was needed and left the facility. There was no further communication.Since then, we have been calling Heritage for an update. It is now March 29, 2022 and more than 7 calls have been made to Heritage Service. Several have also been made to the salesman. There has been no return call or update on when we can expect service on our machine. The salesman has not called back to answer our questions about a possible temporary replacement. We are a nursing home and need access to this machine for copying, faxing, and scanning.
