Came to visit top *********/2 for my daughters birthday, when checking in, explained to the front desk clerk that I have a daughter so the bottom floor bays will be tough for her to hit shots that the system would register, they explained that it shouldnt be an issue. When in the bay, the shots were not being registered by the machine, the waitress called the manager and he kept trying to fix it, then the manager spoke to a facilities person (with orange boots and orange shirt) to get tips on how to fix the problem he stated he had to refresh the bay and still wasnt working. I went to the same front desk clerk and stated that I was right and my concern when I first checked in turned out to be a problem and I need it fixed or moved to a higher bay. I explained to the front desk clerk (little boy with blonde hair and glasses) that I spoke to the manager and facilities guy and it didnt work so we need a new bay. He then proceeded with I can fix it, let me help you. I reiterated that I spoke to a manager and facilities guy and he said it doesnt matter. When he walked with me all the way back downstairs to the bay he tried to fix it. Waitress asked me you know hes not a manager right? And I stated I understand but I explained to him my concern when I first checked in, and now he will hear my mouth complaining due to him not listening. When he told me he could not fix it, I told him go call the manager I am frustrated, and I have been trying to fix my problem and he is wasting my time for over an hour and that I am going to yell at somebody and I dont want him to be ithe left and told the manager that I threatened him so the manager came in asking Did you threaten to beat up the desk clerk? I told him no, explained what happened, and the waitress was a witness that I didnt threaten him. I was so insulted by the approach that I dont understand how cameras and a witness that works there stated that I didnt threaten him and I couldnt get a resolution.
